What do you like best about Infor F9?

From the AP side of things, I did not enjoy Infor. It was not a seamless system and needed a lot of improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was not too fond of the amount of clicking you had to do to get to certain things, enter journals, or even invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Infor F9:

I would ask about add-ons and things that have to be created for your specific needs. They were not transparent about this. You need a special imagine scanning software, which is extra, and also a particular check run system, which costs extra. Codes have to be written specifically for your needs through another third party. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Infor F9 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We left our old system for the sake of reporting to be smoother; however, with Infor, everything is an add-on, and it ended up costing more than we expected due to this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
