It does contain customer information. Literally - that's the only plus for this solution. We get about 20% of what we paid for with this database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor CloudSuite Customer Relationship Management (CRM)?

Most features don't work. After a few years of pain and suffering, they said the partner we hired deployed it incorrectly. Instead of making it right, we are left with a broken tool that we can finally afford to ditch. Building reports, changing format, manipulating data in any way is not working.
