The only complaints I have about Infogram are related to incorporating images into designs - it never seems to work correctly. It's very difficult to get uploaded images to work properly within the element frames. There are so many non-photo elements to use that I've been able to work around this issue, but I think it is something that needs to be addressed for future ease of use.
