What problems is InfoGlobalData solving and how is that benefiting you?

InfoGlobalData hounded me over and over about trying their k12 list service. I did a little test with a small order and the bounce rate was 20%, which literally broke my email system. Then, when I raised the issue to them, they said they will "take care" of the refund request. We never heard from them again and when I made a last-ditch inquiry months later, the person I assume is their CEO/head guy told me to "take it up with your credit card company."
