What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?

InfoFlo features easy to use controls and interface customizations. This program was carefully designed with the focus on utilizing the most heavily used CRM features plus enhanced add-ons. My favorite feature is the customizable dashboard option that allows for multi-pane views of various screens (contact list, emails, tasks, calendar). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is InfoFlo Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

For starters, we no longer have to keep spreadsheets with contact information, project activity and notes. That was such a time wasting process. Not to mention, it was a pain to quickly share this information with my colleagues.

InfoFlo gives me the ability to track a customer, add notes and email. Then, I can assign this contact to a specific category type. Best of all, my colleagues and Boss can view all of this information from their own machines. I don't have to answer 100 questions from 15 people. InfoFlo has all the information right there! What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?

I have reviewed many CRM software and found the out-of-the-box simplicity of InfoFlo to be just fantastic. I was up and running with the "trial" in no time, and I have since purchased a few more addons. I set up my office for remote access so I can have access from a "client" whether I am at another desk, or out of the country; I still have access to attachments, my sent emails, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InfoFlo Software?

Every software have their drawbacks; I would like to be able to permanently change the font settings of the emails that I compose. I consistently use Century Gothic font set and the system keeps reverting back to Times Roman. So far I am unable to disable all the various holiday that are reflected in the calendar (minor annoyance). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering InfoFlo Software:

If you are not a very technical person I would definitely suggest getting the Scheduled Backup addon. I re-installed my Server operating system and thought I had backed up the database. I lost some important email communications, however, the incoming emails were recovered from Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is InfoFlo Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

I wanted to solve the problem of centralized email repository regardless of which computer I use without having to set up Outlook on every computer. I no longer have to try and remember which computer I sent an email from anymore. Of course, if I send from my iPhone it doesn't get populated to my server. Perhaps an iPhone app will be coming soon. What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?

Being able to see at a glance the relationships between contacts, groups, and projects across the spectrum of communications and key data about our customers.

Using Infoflo with Carmel Vision's nanoPBX provides for linking phone conversations and voicemail to clients and prospects which provides us with a quick reference access to prior conversations and helps us maintain compliance requirements.

What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?

As consultants we not only needed a CRM to keep track of our clients we also needed basic project management tools and document management tools so that our various teams can collaborate on common projects but also share information in a sane manner. It has also been a pet hate that most mail and contact systems do not “connect” email to contacts, projects, tasks and companies and that they also become almost personal filing systems, treating mail and attachments as personal rather than company information.

Over the years we have used a well-known major CRM but it has simply become too expensive to maintain and like most such products was more focused on the prospect to client to sales chain and offered little that is practical to those of us who do not run large sales organisations but need contact management and basic project management and marketing tools. The ability to create a project and connect all contacts, email and documents and share these across the team is paramount.

Then we found InfoFlo. Brilliant!!! The right mix of tools, people who listen to end users, and good old fashioned friendly service. And the price is simply fantastic. A couple of days to install, configure and import our existing contact base and were away laughing. This was so easy to do. We have been using InfoFlo for 6 months now and are constantly finding better and more efficient ways to do the things we do every day. We have fewer meetings as we can share so much information. The application is intuitive and easy to learn to use, our team just started using it. From the point of a consultants view this is the best tool we have used. We would recommend it to any small to medium sized organisation that needs to share its business functions across its teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InfoFlo Software?

Although invisible to most users the inability to store documents where I want in my server is a minor bleat (Infoflo stores attachments and documents in its own bespoke directory system) as well as the inability to move and store email attachments where I want. I appreciate that to most users this is a non issue but we still like to manage our files etc within project directories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a great tool for those in sales and those like us, consultants, who want to "connect" emails, events documents, faxes etc. and manage our client's projects. What problems is InfoFlo Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

All communications are now carried out in Infoflo and are shared across the company (as appropriate). We have one interface for everything and although we use other business tools for document production and analysis all files are directly linked to clients and projects. No more second guessing and searching for files. Infoflo has really sped up our monthly project reporting as all activities can be summarized with a few mouse clicks. We finally have our documents, notes, contacts, projects and business relationships organized. We can schedule and prioritize tasks so that nothing falls through the cracks and we have a much better handle on promise dates and detailed customer information that we can pull up in an instant. That keeps our customers happy. With InfoFlow's PBX, our customer's information automatically pops up when a customer calls. That helps us provide a level personalized service we didn't have before.
