What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?

The interface is very friendly to use, which allows starting productivity right away. No training is really needed. WE expected some CRM features and Infoflow matches all of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InfoFlo Software?

What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?

We were looking for a simple to use CRM that tracks activities and maintain contacts. To date, we have added our clients and prospects including large databases utilizing the various import functions built into the system. Importantly, the program that identifies duplicate entries is a real timesaver. I have used 3 different CRM's in my career and by far our current system is the easiest to use with extensive functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?

I really like the simplistic process of each activity. Once learned, the software is easily taught to others if needed. However, there are plenty of short-clip videos so one can effectively train themselves. I also like that there are no "monthly costs" (license fee) and you can pay for the parts of the software that you need instead of being forced to buy functionality that you may not want. All of the add-ons are good, but with the way InfoFlo is packaged, you can grow at "your own pace" as the business need arises. I especially liked the Google sync add-on. I was dreading having to enter information in yet another database to make it useable for me. The Google sync saved me a great deal of time and as the saying goes "time is money". What do you dislike about InfoFlo Software?

I have really enjoyed using the software. Sometimes the server doesn't connect automatically and you have to connect manually. However, excellent instructions are provided to get over the hurdle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This product is only good if you care about telephone sales to individuals. If you do other types of marketing and care about relationships with multiple contacts with a client company - don't waste your money. If you have multiple people entering data and need items such as the client's market sector or ID status entered consistently - don't waste your money. if you have an existing CRM and need to convert your data - don't choose this product as your data will not be converted correctly or consistently! What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?

One time, up front cost, no subscriptions and our data resides on our server. If you need additional functionality you simply purchase the module and move on. We have really liked the ability to create our own templates for Professional Reports and proposals and have the information in InfoFlo automatically fill in our fields as needed. It is great at the end of the year being able to create custom reports that detail any information we would like to know about our projects, clients, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InfoFlo Software?

We have used this software for the past two years and have had minimal issues. Most of our problems were solved using the Knowledge Base on InfoFlo's website. There are parts of the CRM solution that we have tried implementing into our process, but for one reason or another don't use it. What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?

We are a very small company (3 employees) looking for an easy to use CRM software to share and keep information about our sales communication with our customers. Having access to customer related e-mails, documents and notes is very important. In addition, customer related tasks need to be available as well. All this we found in InfoFlo very nicely implemented and for a reasonable price. Offline synchronization is available as well, which is a great benefit when traveling without stable internet connection (airplanes, trains,…)

The support is really fast and highly motivated to help with problems and bug fixes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InfoFlo Software?

There is not much to say, because InfoFlo is a great piece of software. Only the Outlook synchronization plug-in seems to have some small problems with using Outlook versions in another language (German). What is strongly missing is the possibility to input the department of a contact. Dealing with large companies or universities with many departments, this is valuable information and needs to be synchronized with outlook as well. A feature request is filed and hopefully this will be implemented soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
