  ### 1. Fast, Customizable, and Secure Case Management with Outstanding Support!

**What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?**

I appreciate the fast response times from the sales director assigned to my organization- Shai Berliner. I can email him an update request, and he will have it implemented before the day is over. It is more customizable compared to other case management platforms. As a transitional housing organization, I like that we can combine our housing information within our client database. Having a secure software is essential.

**What do you dislike about InfoFlo Software?**

A big drawback is the lack of a View/Print option. Any time I want to review an application or a client’s notes and goals, I have to enter into Edit mode. As a result, we’re essentially unable to print anything from the software in a practical way. There is an option to Export the information into an Excel spreadsheet, but it only applies to applications, and you have to export all applications rather than just one individual’s. A solution would be to add an option to download or open the information in a PDF version.

**What problems is InfoFlo Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer have to operate from numerous spreadsheets and documents. Everything from housing information to client information and case management tools are all in one place. This is very convenient and much more secure for sensitive client information and other confidential information stored.

**What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?**

What I like most about InfoFlo Software is its integration and comprehensiveness. It combines key customer relationship management functions such as contact management, sales opportunity control, and sales forecasting into one, avoiding the issues of data non-interoperability and cumbersome operations that come with using multiple software. This allows businesses to complete complex customer management workflows on a single platform. This integration effectively enhances work efficiency, optimizes data management and analysis, and also strengthens team collaboration, ensuring that team members have access to the latest customer information and business data. InfoFlo's powerful integration capabilities enable businesses to manage customer relationships more efficiently and accurately. Additionally, the initial setup of InfoFlo Software is relatively easy, and after integration, there is no need for manual repetitive data entry, reducing workload and information omissions, and improving the smoothness of workflows.

**What do you dislike about InfoFlo Software?**

When multiple users operate simultaneously, the system occasionally becomes unstable.

InfoFlo Software integrates contact and customer information, simplifies customer management, and improves communication accuracy. It helps sales teams manage potential opportunities and conduct sales forecasting, enhancing resource allocation efficiency. By integrating with other software, it reduces data entry work and boosts efficiency.

**What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?**

What I appreciate most about InfoFlo is its powerful organizational capabilities that put all of our data, emails, notes, and documents at our fingertips. It is a great tool to record all customer contact records. Infoflo also gives us the ability to create workflows, tasks and record all activities associated with our clients.

**What do you dislike about InfoFlo Software?**

The user interface seems quite dated and sometimes the support staff can be a little confusing in their answers, but they always clarify if asked.

**What problems is InfoFlo Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infoflo is incredibly easy to use and allows us to add custom fields to meet our business needs. It also has a linking mechanism that allows us to create websites that ensure that data and documents are accessible from any location.

Great program that's easy to use and terrific support. It is not just a CRM you can access important data for customers it is quick and easy.

the sofware should have more bundles available that is the only issue i have ran into just needs more bundles.

it helps problem solving with other apps which helps daily it is easy to use and it can acess the files i need quick

Data captures follow ups through to the sale and support in aftersale marketing, add on sales and customer satisfaction. Makes it easy to stay on top of it all.

Info flo is an intergated ERP solution and this delivers a central architecture for all of your busines data and needs

**What do you dislike about InfoFlo Software?**

It is not just cloud based there is also an on premise solution and in this day and age that really isnt a viable solution the marketplace

**What problems is InfoFlo Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is currently managing all of the data for an existing entity within the business

**What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?**

We love that any team member can see a complete customer history, including all emails and phone calls sent and received. We can track issues in the 'Opportunities' feature, and everyone can answer customer queries. It allows us to back each other up for absences or when another team member is tied up.

**What do you dislike about InfoFlo Software?**

We occasionally have conflicts between InfoFlo and other software, that take time to investigate. As non-techies, we don't always figure out the conflicts quickly.

**What problems is InfoFlo Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small team, it's important that we are able to back each other up. Because InfoFlo allows everyone to see all email history from all team members, we are able to quickly and easily respond to customer queries, regardless of whether we have been previously involved.  It also allows team members to ask each other for help in responding to a client, without having to forward or duplicate an email. Work-from-home mandates during COVID have made this especially important, as our team is no longer working in a single location. 

We have also been able to adapt the Opportunities feature to track customer service issues and order status, as well as sales opportunities. We love the flexibility of being able to make the program work for us, the way we need to operate.  Team members can do their part, then reassign the Opportunity to another team member for the next step. Any team member can check these Opportunities at any time, to get an overview of what is happening with that file.

Because InfoFlo synchronizes with Quickbooks Online, we are also able to have all of our sales invoices and estimates stored with the contact history, so we can see everything we need in one place.

**What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?**

Infoflo allows a complete overview of contacts and stores all their information in one place at the touch of a button. It is very user-friendly and enables users to add custom fields to suit their company requirements. The ability to integrate the incoming phone calls through Infoflo talk is an excellent tool to record all customer contact records. Infoflo also has the facility to create workflows, tasks and record all activities associated with your customers. The customer support is excellent with Infoflo staff always contactable by email to offer support and set up regular training Customer service always try to facilitate any modifications requested by the company and through infoflo being flexible it allows certain features to be modified to suit individual companies needs.

**What do you dislike about InfoFlo Software?**

There is nothing we dislike about Infoflo, but it might be nice in the future to see an individual identifier in the contacts list for contacts that have the same name, such as the first line of address or something similar.

**What problems is InfoFlo Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infoflo allows the company to have a complete overview of client's interactions with staff through phone calls and tasks,, which enables the company to improve customer service

**What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?**

This CRM software is the exact solution I was looking for to keep track of my contacts. Their on-premise option was even more appealing to me because it had a one-time price with free updates. The platform is straightforward and relatively easy to navigate. This CRM option from Infoflo Solutions is perfect for those looking for a simple solution with opportunities to be a robust as you want it to be. You can have the sole on-premise option or use the online version, and you can use both versions can be used with multi-user options. Easy navigation and set up with the flexibility to fit all your needs. They also have an extensive library of information and videos for setup and its features.

**What do you dislike about InfoFlo Software?**

If you need extreme hand-holding for setup, there may be a slight learning curve.

**What problems is InfoFlo Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I solved my issue using several different software to track, collect and manage all notes activities and sales for clients.

**What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?**

The program met our privacy requirements by allowing us to keep client data on our own server.  Being a Canadian company, InfoFlo understood the Canadian privacy regulations.  

Outlook Sync was a much faster and easier way to file emails by client.

**What do you dislike about InfoFlo Software?**

That it took me a while to find this program.

**What problems is InfoFlo Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing customer information within the company is much easier.  We also have the Outlook sync feature which we find very handy given that several different people will work on the same client.  We also are required to document each transaction with a client and this is an easy way to do that.

We were able to group clients by company and by family, which we needed.
