What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?

We needed to desperately integrate a simple to use but powerful CMS system but also knew that because of our unique workflow – we would need heavy customization for any system. Cost would also be a factor, so that is when I choose InfoFlo. Also as mentioned in dislike below - they listen to comments and will make changes to suit a larger customer base. What do you dislike about InfoFlo Software?

The software could have more configuration options that appeal to a wider base - for instance a Task notification that is based on choice of 'due' date rather than 'start' date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before commenting I would like to introduce our company

Marcus & Pollack LLP (M & P) is a law firm whose principal areas of concentration involve Real Estate Tax Review and Litigation (Tax Certiorari), commercial and residential tax exemptions and abatements, Condemnation, tax planning and other areas of Municipal and State law in New York City.

M & P used a proprietary Property Management system called ‘CliPAD’ by Genesis systems. The

system is used to view property data such as block and lot, street address, land and building size, tax class, tax abatement information, sales data, income & expense figures and hundreds of other facts stored in a SQL database – but was not a CMS or could be used as a controlled repository. That is where InfoFlo came in.

All Properties and their relationship with the Client/ClientID needed to be synchronized from the CliPAD database into InfoFlo. The CliPAD database would act as the main collection of valuable property & related client data.

1. InfoFlo would synchronize any change to Property or Client metadata as well as the Property to ClientID relationship, etc from CliPAD to InfoFlo within one minute.

2. All related emails tagged in Outlook with a unique Property-ClientID code would automatically brought into the InfoFlo database. Anyone in the company (over 30 employees) could find out if an email was received or sent based on a specific property and/or ClientID in an instant without having to go to a particular users email InBox.

3. We also had InfoFlo develop a ‘Hot Folder’ configuration so when our QR codes (another implementation developed using ‘ecopy’ to read an embedded QR code within a document that included the unique Property-ClientID and named the file such – would be saved into the Hot Folder – InfoFlo would read the unique code and automatically ingest it into the InfoFlo Document Depot under the correct property saving thousands of manual people hours.

4. A new Phase 1 completed again without a flaw in the synchronizing routine which synchronizes the same ClientID – Property relationship from CliPAD/InfoFlo to QuickBooks Premier.

This is a major improvement over our bookkeeper using our existing FoxPro customized database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I appreciate most about InfoFlo is its powerful organizational capabilities that put all of our data, emails, notes, and documents at our fingertips. What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?

We love that any team member can see a complete customer history, including all emails and phone calls sent and received. We can track issues in the 'Opportunities' feature, and everyone can answer customer queries. It allows us to back each other up for absences or when another team member is tied up. We occasionally have conflicts between InfoFlo and other software, that take time to investigate. As non-techies, we don't always figure out the conflicts quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is InfoFlo Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a small team, it's important that we are able to back each other up. Because InfoFlo allows everyone to see all email history from all team members, we are able to quickly and easily respond to customer queries, regardless of whether we have been previously involved. It also allows team members to ask each other for help in responding to a client, without having to forward or duplicate an email. Work-from-home mandates during COVID have made this especially important, as our team is no longer working in a single location.

We have also been able to adapt the Opportunities feature to track customer service issues and order status, as well as sales opportunities. We love the flexibility of being able to make the program work for us, the way we need to operate. Team members can do their part, then reassign the Opportunity to another team member for the next step. Any team member can check these Opportunities at any time, to get an overview of what is happening with that file.

Because InfoFlo synchronizes with Quickbooks Online, we are also able to have all of our sales invoices and estimates stored with the contact history, so we can see everything we need in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?

Infoflo allows a complete overview of contacts and stores all their information in one place at the touch of a button. It is very user-friendly and enables users to add custom fields to suit their company requirements. The ability to integrate the incoming phone calls through Infoflo talk is an excellent tool to record all customer contact records. Infoflo also has the facility to create workflows, tasks and record all activities associated with your customers. The customer support is excellent with Infoflo staff always contactable by email to offer support and set up regular training Customer service always try to facilitate any modifications requested by the company and through infoflo being flexible it allows certain features to be modified to suit individual companies needs. There is nothing we dislike about Infoflo, but it might be nice in the future to see an individual identifier in the contacts list for contacts that have the same name, such as the first line of address or something similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?

This CRM software is the exact solution I was looking for to keep track of my contacts. Their on-premise option was even more appealing to me because it had a one-time price with free updates. The platform is straightforward and relatively easy to navigate. This CRM option from Infoflo Solutions is perfect for those looking for a simple solution with opportunities to be a robust as you want it to be. You can have the sole on-premise option or use the online version, and you can use both versions can be used with multi-user options. Easy navigation and set up with the flexibility to fit all your needs. They also have an extensive library of information and videos for setup and its features. The program met our privacy requirements by allowing us to keep client data on our own server. Being a Canadian company, InfoFlo understood the Canadian privacy regulations.

Sharing customer information within the company is much easier. We also have the Outlook sync feature which we find very handy given that several different people will work on the same client. We also are required to document each transaction with a client and this is an easy way to do that.

What do you like best about InfoFlo Software?

When I first purchased the software I was concerned that, as a small user, the level of service would receive would be poor but I was pleasantly surprised. My startup issues were addressed promptly. The person I dealt with was knowledgeable and pleasant. The software was fairly easy to learn. The tutorial videos were very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I disliked having to wait for the 30-day trial to expire before I was able to purchase and install the package design I wanted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used different contact management systems but found the Outlook sync to be a problem so I resorted to using Outlook and OneNote to track activities but it was time-consuming and inefficient. working with a single coordinated package with a reliable Outlook sync has been wonderful.
