As consultants we not only needed a CRM to keep track of our clients we also needed basic project management tools and document management tools so that our various teams can collaborate on common projects but also share information in a sane manner. It has also been a pet hate that most mail and contact systems do not “connect” email to contacts, projects, tasks and companies and that they also become almost personal filing systems, treating mail and attachments as personal rather than company information.
Over the years we have used a well-known major CRM but it has simply become too expensive to maintain and like most such products was more focused on the prospect to client to sales chain and offered little that is practical to those of us who do not run large sales organisations but need contact management and basic project management and marketing tools. The ability to create a project and connect all contacts, email and documents and share these across the team is paramount.
Then we found InfoFlo. Brilliant!!! The right mix of tools, people who listen to end users, and good old fashioned friendly service. And the price is simply fantastic. A couple of days to install, configure and import our existing contact base and were away laughing. This was so easy to do. We have been using InfoFlo for 6 months now and are constantly finding better and more efficient ways to do the things we do every day. We have fewer meetings as we can share so much information. The application is intuitive and easy to learn to use, our team just started using it. From the point of a consultants view this is the best tool we have used. We would recommend it to any small to medium sized organisation that needs to share its business functions across its teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although invisible to most users the inability to store documents where I want in my server is a minor bleat (Infoflo stores attachments and documents in its own bespoke directory system) as well as the inability to move and store email attachments where I want. I appreciate that to most users this is a non issue but we still like to manage our files etc within project directories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I appreciate most about InfoFlo is its powerful organizational capabilities that put all of our data, emails, notes, and documents at our fingertips. It is a great tool to record all customer contact records. Infoflo also gives us the ability to create workflows, tasks and record all activities associated with our clients. We love that any team member can see a complete customer history, including all emails and phone calls sent and received. We can track issues in the 'Opportunities' feature, and everyone can answer customer queries. It allows us to back each other up for absences or when another team member is tied up. It is very user-friendly and enables users to add custom fields to suit their company requirements. The ability to integrate the incoming phone calls through Infoflo talk is an excellent tool to record all customer contact records. There is nothing we dislike about Infoflo, but it might be nice in the future to see an individual identifier in the contacts list for contacts that have the same name, such as the first line of address or something similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This CRM software is the exact solution I was looking for to keep track of my contacts. Their on-premise option was even more appealing to me because it had a one-time price with free updates. The platform is straightforward and relatively easy to navigate. This CRM option from Infoflo Solutions is perfect for those looking for a simple solution with opportunities to be a robust as you want it to be. You can have the sole on-premise option or use the online version, and you can use both versions can be used with multi-user options. Easy navigation and set up with the flexibility to fit all your needs. They also have an extensive library of information and videos for setup and its features. The program met our privacy requirements by allowing us to keep client data on our own server. Being a Canadian company, InfoFlo understood the Canadian privacy regulations.

When I first purchased the software I was concerned that, as a small user, the level of service would receive would be poor but I was pleasantly surprised. My startup issues were addressed promptly.
