What do you like best about Infobip?

They are working closely with partners which is not the same with Twilio and DidLogic.

The service works pretty well.

The prices are good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infobip?

The web portal is not great. Recently I couldn't find how to change my current credit card to a new one and had to talk to support to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- nice support from Indonesian team

need to topup, I think the best method to subscribe SMS platform is using direct debit from Credit Card. I understood that our transaction should be huge to use direct debit. But, sometimes we forget do manual topup, if we using manual topup method Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Datacenters are in outside UAE. We though of integrating for relating customer statements but could not do so due this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
