i did not find any downside when dealing with Infobip Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Infobip solving and how is that benefiting you?

we are able to exchange and communicate better with our customers and ease of convenience when you are writing messages on whats app through desktop

the messages are also stored and they can be retrieved with mobile number of customer to see their past response

while the agent is on dialer and get a message from customer it makes it easy to type and send a response to the customer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lack of empathy by certain execs to the issue you are experiencing. more concerned re politically correct than actually understanding customer issue or complaint. Small and large customers get completely different treatment. Don't see long term partnership with customer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ensure they can deliver to the country you are targeting and fully understand what routes they are offering. This is not made clear when negotiating services from them. Only becomes clear once you are having delivery issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Infobip?

They are working closely with partners which is not the same with Twilio and DidLogic.

The service works pretty well.

The prices are good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infobip?

The web portal is not great. Recently I couldn't find how to change my current credit card to a new one and had to talk to support to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No significant deficiencies were found. Sometimes SMS delivery fail to individual operators, and do not automatically switch to alternative channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
