What do you like best about Infobip Email API?

Infobip Email API is best helpful for when sending bulk emails to a large audience. What is really helpful for marketers is also being able to flexibly upload images, content and files, and be able to measure the performance for each sendout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infobip Email API?

The downside for Infobip Email API is generating error codes more efficiently or intuitively. I wish we could configure being alerted for certain identified error codes that need are attention the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had a lot of problems with SendGrid and their support teams. Mailgun's delivery rates were not high enough for me and both SendGrid and Mailgun had high prices that didn't justify with the product given Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With our previous ESP, we had a lot of struggles with low deliverability and setup, as well as delays when sending high volumes. Infobip Email Service helped to solve this.
