**What do you like best about Influ2?**

We use it to track traffic from marketing and other links. It also helps us see details about the people who are interested in the solutions we offer. Its got a friendly UI , integrates well with our CRM, performs as intended. Personally , I didn't have a situation where i had to reach out to support, but my colleagues say its effective and helpful and got a good response time.

**What do you dislike about Influ2?**

Pricing is a bit on the higher side, and the ad group has limited capacity.

**What problems is Influ2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re able to generate more leads because the traffic from our ad campaigns and website is tracked. We also receive information about visitors, which helps us identify people who may become potential customers.

**What do you like best about Influ2?**

I find the reports Influ2 provides useful, especially the sales and marketing alignment dashboard. It gives us clear visibility into the target contacts that both marketing and sales are actively engaging with, versus audiences that aren't yet shared. That gap highlights opportunities to improve alignment and expand coverage across our target accounts. The onboarding and implementation process has been smooth, and working with Helen Horilenko has been a great experience so far. The sales and marketing alignment dashboard gives us clear visibility into which contacts are actively engaged across both teams and where gaps exist. It helps us align faster and gives sellers clear direction on who to follow up with based on real engagement. Additionally, the initial setup of Influ2 was easy, and it was great working with their onboarding and implementation team.

**What do you dislike about Influ2?**

I'd like more flexibility in configuring notifications across Slack and email. Email configuration currently requires a more manual process rather than being managed directly within the platform.

**What problems is Influ2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Influ2 for contact-based marketing, aligning target audiences, and tracking engagement. It bridges gaps in marketing and sales, providing visibility into contact engagement, guiding follow-ups, and improving pipeline conversion. I really like the contact level targeting and actionable engagement signals of Influ2, as they help our sales team prioritize follow-ups and bridge the gap between marketing and sales by providing sales reps with clear visibility into who’s interacting with campaigns. This helps us manage our budget efficiently by targeting only the people involved in the deal and avoiding wasted impressions. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to Helen from their team who was extremely helpful.

I find the reporting structure lacking and wish there were deeper attribution layers. Workflow automation could be improved as well. It requires strong CRM data and internal alignment to unlock its full value. Additional reporting customization and workflow automation could make it even stronger.

I also like the Signals Center, which provides insights into what people are searching for and which topics they post about on social media.

**What do you like best about Influ2?**

I’ve been genuinely impressed with how seamless the Influ2 setup process was. It was almost shockingly easy — the platform’s intuitive design and user flow made every step feel natural. As someone who regularly builds campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube, I was blown away by how thoughtfully Influ2 anticipated every possible touchpoint along the way.  The reporting metrics and daily wrap-ups have also been a huge value-add. It’s incredibly useful to see engagement through impressions, clicks, and site visits without digging around for data. And the sales enablement features are a game-changer. They give our client’s sales team clear visibility into when and how to engage, helping turn interest into real conversation.  The integration with Salesforce and Marketo ties it all together: leads flow smoothly, data stays clean, and the handoff from marketing to sales actually feels coordinated. The positive feedback from both our internal team and our client reinforces that we made the right choice.  Honestly, between the platform itself and the outstanding support from Helen and Susannah, I’ve already started recommending Influ2 to peers. It’s rare to find a tool that checks every box, but this one really does.

**What do you dislike about Influ2?**

One area I’d love to see more flexibility in is seat usage. Right now, the inability to allocate Influ2 seats across different clients creates inefficiency. For an agency environment, it would be far more cost-effective and scalable if seats could be shared or reassigned among clients with ABM programs at different stages. As it stands, we’re using fewer seats than anticipated, and the cost structure doesn’t fully align with our utilization. Greater adaptability here would make the platform even more valuable for teams like ours.

The most helpful aspect of Influ2 would certainly be working with Alexa! She is always happy to help and is always able to find a solution to our questions. I love the contact level data that we are able to receive as well as the level of creative data that is presented to us. Additionally, the ease of integration with a new CRM to V2 was beautiful... Mapping Fields was simple and building cohorts was pretty easy too!

The biggest downside would be a roadblock of our own that we are trying to figure out; our tech stack. We are still working on trying to figure out a process that best fits our needs.

**What do you like best about Influ2?**

There’s a lot I appreciate about Influ2. One of the standout features is the simplified user journey in their Version 2, it makes navigating and managing campaigns much easier. I also love how well the notifications integrate with Microsoft Teams, and the email digests are super helpful for staying on top of campaign updates.

Uploading Excel files is quick and easy, and that’s a big plus when managing larger lists. Overall, Influ2 is a very well-designed platform that can work for organizations of any size.

Another key highlight is their Customer Success team. They are always supportive, responsive, and ready to help. This kind of service really makes a difference and sets them apart.

**What do you dislike about Influ2?**

There are a few areas that could be improved, but I believe Influ2 is actively working to enhance the experience. Here are my suggestions:

1. It would be great to receive separate notifications in different channels based on the cohort, that would make tracking more efficient.

2. Currently, if we want to add new journey flows to an existing (live) cohort, we need to create an entirely new journey and cohort. It would be much more flexible if we could simply add new flows to the existing setup.

3. When re-uploading an Excel file with updates, Influ2 renames the file (e.g., ABC - ABC (1)), which can be confusing. Ideally, it should overwrite or update the existing file without changing the name.

Despite these minor issues, I still consider Influ2 a top-tier platform and highly recommend it!

**What problems is Influ2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main use case for Influ2 is to influence and engage prospects — especially those our sales team can’t immediately reach. Influ2 helps us stay top of mind by showing targeted ads directly to decision-makers.
This visibility makes a big difference. When people see meaningful, relevant content from your brand on social media, they’re more likely to remember and engage with you. For us, it’s helped boost awareness, support the sales process, and even reduce churn by keeping clients engaged.

Accurate person-level engagement tracking, quick set up and integration, easy to use reports. Great onboarding & support support  (thanks, Helen!). Few months in we are still on track to see the outcomes due to long and complex sales cycle, but the initial results are impressive.

**What do you dislike about Influ2?**

Depending on the type of business, might require a very detailed mapping of the target accounts and sophisticated GTM strategy (not a downside of the product itself though). 
Ad formats and channels are a bit limited, but still work well.

We’re using Influ2 to improve our ABM and paid media strategy by targeting specific personas within strategic accounts. It’s helped us with visibility on engagement details and enable sales with insights into who is warming up — long before a form fill. Influ2 is fast fast-evolving tool with good reporting and in general, it is a great fit for our outbound efforts. What really stands out is the level of support you get - from the start, Helen made the onboarding and implementation smooth and efficient, helping us get to value quickly. Natalia from Customer Success has been very responsive and ready to jump in and help with ideas, optimizations, and reporting.

Nothing major so far. The platform evolves quickly, and there are the occasional small UX quirks, but the team is open to feedback and continuously improving.

**What do you like best about Influ2?**

It's such a reliable way to run high-performing ads for a B2B startup. Running LinkedIn, Meta, and Google ads on our own did not yield anywhere near the same results. If your team has already built a strong CAPDB, Influ2 can get your ads in front of all the right people–and it works wonders for ABM!

**What do you dislike about Influ2?**

Perhaps just that I need to contact my CSM in order to make ad content changes. This hasn't proven to be much of an obstacle in the year I've used Influ2 though.

**What problems is Influ2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing us to target specific contacts and it is showing us their impressions and engagement with our ads. There is no way to do this directly on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, so this is beyond words. We know exactly where our ad dollars are going.

The integration was surprisingly simple—it took us less than an hour to connect our data. 

The onboarding process was outstanding and tailored specifically to our company’s goals and KPIs, which set us up for success from day one. A special shout-out to Helen, our implementation manager, who guided us step by step through everything from integration to campaign setup and reporting. Val, our AE, also went above and beyond by helping us identify strategic gaps we hadn’t considered.

Influ2 enables me to test different of product messaging and different content types (e.g. guide vs case study) with specific segments of my target audience that I KNOW are relevant (since they come from our CRM). Comparing engagement from these tests helps inform future ads, website copy, landing page copy, content prioritization, etc. which is very powerful. Additionally, it's also so easy to integrate with HubSpot for reporting, analytics, and notifications which is great. Lastly, the implementation and customer success support is fantastic - they're very responsive and look out for our best interests.

**What do you dislike about Influ2?**

I think a great opportunity for improvement (from the marketing perspective) would be automated flagging of content that is performing well above, or well below, average. I know I can find this info by digging into reporting, but this would really help streamline ad optimization.

Ability to know, with 100% certainty, that everyone my ads are reaching are sales influencers, decision-makers, or champions. Influ2 is a key component of our account-based GTM. The ability to target at the contact level is huge for us, it lets us get super specific about who sees our messaging, which has made our campaigns way more relevant and timely. The transparency around reach and interactions is also a big win. We can actually see which individuals are engaging, not just the account as a whole, and that gives Sales a major leg up to determine who to reach out to when accounts are very large. The Slack notifications are simple and effective, and keep our GTM teams in the loop without overwhelming them. Reporting on the sales and marketing handoff has also been a big help in tracking top of funnel performance and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. The customer success team is great. They’re not just responsive, they’re proactive. They’ve helped us build custom reports, integrate our data and tech stack, to ensure we're getting the most.

Deal influence could be more granular and like any new platform, the interface has a bit of a learning curve when you’re first getting started.

Influ2 is very user friendly platform to upload creatives, build cohorts and see who has seen and clicked on your ads. The sales priorities feature helps to flag which contacts have clicked your ads for the sales team to do their followup- and the Slack and Salesforce integration make it really useful and timely. 
Onboarding was great and very thorough from our onboarding rep and our customer success rep is also very good at keeping us on track and helping with questions and anything we need.

**What do you dislike about Influ2?**

We are still in early phases so can't speak to pipeline/ROI from using Influ2 at this stage. I don't think it offers carousel ads.

The ability to only spend money on decision makers at target accounts is something revolutionary in the Martech space. Most other ABM platforms only allow you to target departments or seniority levels at accounts (i.e. companies). To have this level of sophistication in targeting capabilities makes the world of a difference in our approach to outbounding. Influ2 enables our sales team to prioritize outreach to those who engage with our marketing ads, as opposed to taking a spray-and-pray approach.

In 6 months of using Influ2, I haven't come across anything I strongly dislike. Knowing the platform where the ad engagement came from would be good to know but other than that I feel I am getting my money's worth.

Influ2 has been an effective tool in our ABM toolkit, allowing us to deliver 1 to 1 messages to support sales in very specific motions. Person-based, unlike anything I've used before. Easily integrates to CRMs and is which to launch. Big fans of the implementation manager Helen, she has invested a lot of time and effort to ensure we are successful.

Influ2 is still early in development, so some features aren't available that we get from other platforms. The platform can be a bit confusing to use, but the hand on training helps. It's also very expensive.

The platform is really user-friendly, easy to navigate, and if I ever have a question or need something verified, our CSM Alexa is incredible. She has made my whole team feel like we're in the hands of experts and some of the opportunities created from leads received from Influ2 have been great.

Honestly no real negatives that I've seen yet. Platform is super easy to use, we get really great new leads, and the customer support has not wavered since implementation.

With Influ2 we are gaining better visibility into who is clicking through and reading our ad content. This enables our sales team to prioritize outreach by reaching out to "room temp" : ) contacts. As a Vendor, I'm impressed with their evolution and product updates.

Nothing much I'm not sure how they do it; I guess part of their secret sauce. So I wonder why other ABM tools are not offering a similar solution.

Influ2 helps us make sense of our targeted ads. We feel confident that their signals are at least 90% accurate targeting our exact contacts, not just named accounts. The product also helps lay out the ad layers and ad journey we want to take our targets on.

We have been using Influ2 for a few months. It is a great tool for actually targeting specific decision makers and we feel more confident in who we are reaching compared to any other ABM tool we've used! The platform is pretty user friendly, they are really quick in response time for issues, and it was a smooth integration to learn how to use the platform. They are especially helpful in guiding you through best practices and helpful pointers to make your campaigns succeed.

The biggest thing that we've experienced is that the platform setup is not as efficient as it could be, but they do a good job of working on updates. And because of this, it could take a bit of time to adjust to the tool. But besides that, there is nothing super major that we dislike about Influ2!

Knowing exactly who engaged with an ad is very helpful in executing an ABM strategy. It helps us be smarter about when and how we reach out to contacts within our ICP. Also, being able to show which members of a buying group have seen and engaged with our ads helps marketing show its impact on influencing open opportunities. Lastly, the customer success team at Influ2 is incredible. They're always helping us optimize our campaigns and actually understand our account and campaign data at a deep level - great partnership.

**What do you dislike about Influ2?**

The match rate for certain audiences has been a bit low. Our buying group includes some hard to reach audiences - e.g. healthcare providers - and Influ2's match rate has been lower than we had hoped on those contacts.

Influ2 is helping us reach our target audience at a contact-level. Being able to target exactly the people we want to with messaging that is tailored to that individual helps us execute our ABM strategy. We can better support our sales team throughout all opportunity stages by reaching all members of the buying team with ads, and providing insight into who is engaging with the ads and what ad messaging they engage with. This helps us be smarter with our outbound campaigns as well as with progressing opportunities through the funnel.
