It is really Infinity.
The way you can customize your data, the amount of it, automations, integrations, etc.
* Customers service is like 10 stars out of 5. Yes! They are amazing, reply in 5 min. or less, always trying to solve problem and think out of the box. Not scripted answers.
* Constant Updates anb bug solving. It just becomes better over time.
* They listen to customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
API structure is a bit complicated, but doable.
Copying filters to different folders is still not possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Infinity is a stable product with active and ongoing development. There is also a thriving community of users and developers. Infinity is a unique product in the space in that it doesn't target any specific need--rather a broad range of needs. There are many templates for many different use cases. So this is an exceptional tool, whether you're building a CRM, a product roadmap, a project management app, or any of a myriad other use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Infinity does require a bit of customization and it has a steep learning curve. Because of the complexity of the product, it really takes a level of planning and expertise to plan out how you want to use it. Because of this, there is not a good way to document all of the features so that you can follow a road map for specific use cases. So its weakness may be in that it is complicated and featureful--which is also an advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Infinity with a One-time payment provides all Trello features with automation and the support of team collaboration. The support is beneficial and fast. Infinity is a very rabid tool that can be a Trello alternative in the near future for many companies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The limitation in the use of reports and other integration with the most powerful tools in the market like dropbox or even google drive which can make a big difference if they support it soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've used Airtable in the past, and this is definitely a sort of Airtable knock off, but I definitely don't mean that in a bad way. Obviously Airtable is years ahead of Infinity, but it feels like they're catching up very quickly. The platform is super flexible and can handle most things you want to throw at it. Also terrific support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not quite as mature as Airtable is yet, but of course that'll come with time. The mobile app also seems a bit clunky, but it's nice that they've built one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there was a bit more flexibility in the data type that can us used Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's simple for beginners, you don't need any complicated tutorial to get started. You can level up and add more complexity to your datasets once you get used to the interface. Also, we really enjoy collaborating as a team to improve our work efficiency Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In the past, I experienced several outages as an early adopter, but things are much better now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Infinity is a great option that allows a lot of flexibility for small businesses. It allows for different views, filters, etc. to meet a lot of needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish they had a dash boarding feature. Also wish there was a better progress tracker and sub-tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Infinity is the Swiss Army Knife of business information software. It's an online database/project management tool that can be configured to manage just about any information. While Salesforce started as a CRM and evolved to be a database platform that can be used for a variety of purposes, Infinity started off that way. In database terms, their "boards" are like databases and the folders and subfolders within a board are tables, and "items" are records. You can create almost any type of field, including formula fields and importantly reference fields - so you can connect folders/tables to each other (like a contact to a company). And you can create various views (tabs) including Kanban (like Trello), Gantt chart, table, etc. And for having as much functionality as it does, it maintains a fairly simple interface and is very intuitive to use. You don't get overwhelmed like you can with some software, and you don't need to be technical to be productive with it pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a newer application, there is still some room for improvement, but they are developing at a rapid pace. The mobile app can still use some improvements as well - for instance, there isn't a calendar view like on desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
