What do you like best about IndicaOnline?

I find IndicaOnline's tracking capabilities to be its best feature, especially for METRC in Oklahoma where it tracks cannabis from seed to sale. The easy user interface makes daily operations smoother, and I particularly appreciate how the POS system is a breeze to use. What do you dislike about IndicaOnline?

There's definitely room for improvement with OMMA verification. Additionally, it would be great if finished packages were shaded to indicate if they are active, inactive, or to show the quantity. What do you like best about IndicaOnline?

This is the best POS service I've ever used after years of working in the industry. The customer service is very responsive and helpful to my business. Simple setup and onboarding process had me ready and confident to improve my business operations. They offer integrations with everything I need, user friendly interface and at a price that can't be beat. Highly recommend this for any dispensary to improve overall success. What do you like best about IndicaOnline?

I have been using IndicaOnline at my shop for over five years now. What I like about them most is that they are always building upon the functionality. What do you like best about IndicaOnline?

They really helped us to get to the next level. Onboarding was very helpful and took less than a week. Their POS is super easy to use even for new budtenders. I was talking to Alex at tech support and he is always helpful. Sometimes we have to wait a day or to for something to get fixed but it never anything major. Also compared to other systems we used, IO never was slow for us when we were getting busy. On to of that, their ecommerce Sweede is very nicely looking, customizable and easy to integrate. What do you like best about IndicaOnline?

We used IndicaOnline for over 7 years and loved it. We expanded from a small delivery service to managing over 500 drivers, 150 vehicles and 2 storefront locations. Indicaonline handles all out needs. We love their driver tracking and route optimization. Also their ecommerce is fully integrated with our site and our customers love it. What do you like best about IndicaOnline?

The UI was pretty good when I had them a few years ago. I'm sure things have changed over the years, but I remember it being pretty intuitive and easy to pick up for a newbie. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IndicaOnline?

When I had IO, I ran into multiple issues. The main one: it stopped tracking our inventory correctly. On multiple occasions we'd sell a product (let's say an 8th), but that 8th wouldn't be removed from inventory. I spent hours on the phone trying to get these resolved for our monthly reports (pre-metrc) to be accurate. Again, this was a few years ago but it left a bad taste.
