We got a developer and his quality was not good as it we expected. After 15 days, because the performace was negative, i contact him asking "what is the problem" and he resign immediatelly. I was waiting for more partecipation about https://www.index.dev/, they shold have proposed a replacement without cost for the first 15 day, but instead no.
