I post jobs, review candidates, and use the candidate tracking platform on Indeed Hiring Platform. It handles my hiring from start to finish, serving as the essential puzzle piece in my process until I make a hire. I like the ability to communicate with candidates directly on the platform. I really enjoy using the interview scheduling feature. Once I review candidates and decide whom to interview, I can send them an interview request that only shows my availability, saving a lot of time in back-and-forth scheduling. It also saves administrative time like adding events to my calendar, downloading resumes, and making phone calls. They have continued to add features, which has been great. I use Indeed on a daily basis, and what I like most is how accessible and user friendly it is. It makes posting roles and reaching a large candidate pool very straightforward. I like the ability to quickly screen candidates, review resumes in one place, and communicate directly. The visibility and reach Indeed provides is a major upside, as it brings in candidates that I may not have reached through other platforms. The chat box is convenient as I can communicate with recruiters directly within the app. The initial setup was pretty smooth since it doesn't require much training or preparation to get started.
