Indeavor needs to change the ability to select multiple shifts like in excel when you hold down the shift or control key to select multiple cells. This would greatly decrease the amount of time it takes to cover shifts in Workloud. I like the "Problem solve" tool this helps in making a quick replacement. I like the ability to lock employees to a specific job.

I dont like having to work on one person at a time. For Layoff or modifications. I wish I could drag a person for a change from 2pm shift to 10pm shift. I now delete the person then have to re add, lots of steps. It also allows me to schedule someone at 10pm tonight then the next day at 6am which should not be allowed. I would like to see locked employees in the job area. I would like a report that tells me in a mass change/layoff situation who I need to call for layoff or changes. I like that you can filter the pages you are on to fit your specific needs. Also to export reports you do have alot of options to customize them. I also enjoy the fact that there is a mobile app for employees to download and be able to interact more with their schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that there are some items that are not possible, there are some reports we wished we could optain such as adding senority numbers to qualificaiton reports. I also wished that employees could confirm their schedule on the mobile app to let the HR team know that they have checked it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the future, it would be helpful if possible, for any issue encountered - something will pop on the screen as alarm and guidance how to resolve the issue.

If used proactively it can help in the labor optimization. One of the feature is on the problem solving which greatly promote fairness in choosing people to go on overtime with capability to put restriction based on their skills and availability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At this point in time, Indeavor is not yet integrated with SAP TM and is giving us double work in terms of scheduling. But even with the plans in place for the integration, other tasks like overtime still needs to be updated in SAP TM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like the setting for 3rd shift crew. It's hard to put employees on vacation or looked at their schedule due to time differences. Should be like 1st shift crew, not over lapping each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
