I realized that Increasingly’s capabilities to pull information from different sources enhanced over time. They said that it would provide a consolidated view about my marketing activity, which is something I really lacked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s been less easy on the data integration front than was promised. At other times, specific data appears to be transferred between different beds with a lack of clarity. Increasingly is an effective tool that has boosted our AOV significantly since implementation, supporting our rapid digital growth strategy. As a partner, Increasingly are always ensuring their tool is in line with the latest regulations so that as a third party tool hosted on our site, there are no negative connations for users or our rankings performance following new browser releases and upgrades. The team are very accommodating and supportive, providing regular performance reviews with our CX and trading teams, which gives us the opportunity to discuss new ideas that enhance our customer journeys using effective merchandising and marketing tactics. There is a limited amount of self-serve actions available via the current user interface. Most amendments need to be done in the back end by the Increasingly team and although the team are very responsive, it can mean some actions are less reactive than they could potentially be. Product bundling and smart customer engagement can actually be quite complex, increasingly are careful to not over complicate or obfuscate from the core goal: Great customer experience; upsell and cross sell opportunities.

Thetech is incredibly smart and easy to implement and most importantly test. the Increasingly team do not dumb anything down but make sure our customer have a full understanding of how it works and how to achieve individual user goals. We had the pleasure of partnering with Increasingly on delivering Dynamic AI bundles into Google Shopping, as this was the first time anyone has achieved this, it was an amazing achievement by all involved.
