## Incident IQ Reviews
  ### 1. The one stop shop for tickets and asset management!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles B. | Onsite Support Tech, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

Incident IQ manages to keep me engaged in one portal instead of several, it's so much easier to operate than having separated systems across multiple different portals! It also streamlines my work flow so I do not get tripped up!

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

The only thing I could ever possibly mark against Incident IQ would be its lack of a dark mode! I personally hate bright white websites so it's mostly a personal gripe! Overall I love this software!

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

Do not look any further, you have found the product you need!

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I hate doing inventory, and Incident IQ has quite possibly the best Google Admin read and write feature sets! It allows me to auto-checkout devices and it allows me to disable devices in Incident IQ!

  ### 2. Incident IQ Asset System - A polished asset system that's missing some key features

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin W. | IT Support Tech I, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

The clean and modern user interface and ease of device checkout really stand out. This, as well as great uptime and few server issues are likely its best features. Following that, custom views are great, allowing for views to be saved for later reference at the admin or school level (it's basically reporting but streamlined).

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

This is a relatively young product and there are many features still missing. Use of custom fields is there but limited, some automations don't work as they should, email reciepting is limited, there is no broad keyword search, etc. Not being able to use custom fields in rules, or sort them in asset lists really is unfortunate.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

I definitely recommend digging into the features that matter most to you, and really making sure that Incident IQ covers all of your bases. I imagine that for some school districts this product will be a great fit, but some not so much. It really depends on the feature set you're looking for.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly convenience for our media techs and checkout staff. Having custom views that are sharable at our fingertips is convenient for our library media techs, and the quick checkout/in process keeps lines moving.

  ### 3. Great system for managing support tickets and tracking assets.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

I like Incident IQ's linking of assets and support ticketing. One of the best features is the automated management of Chromebook assets through an application linked to our Google domain. With just one click, I added all of our Chromebook assets and they were ready to be deployed.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

The biggest issue with Incident IQ is that it only supports asset tag printing using label printers like the Dymo. Direct thermal tags aren't robust enough to handle the abuse students will put them through and thermal transfer printers are costly to purchase and keep supplied.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

Incident IQ has revolutionized our ability to support our district's technology needs with its combination of support ticketing and asset management. We can now reliably track the who, what, when, where, and how of any device or user to create a customized response to support our users.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Incident IQ has solved our issue of tracking users who take care of their devices and those who aren't. It also helps keep ticket support on track so that our number of lost or forgotten tickets has been reduced to zero.

  ### 4. Incident IQ - a great all in one solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

Over the years, I have used a number of different ticket systems and IIQ is the best. It is easy to use and purposefully designed for K12 do it meets our needs better. Combining asset management into the same solution makes it even more powerful as tickets and asset integrates. The fee tracker part is a practical way to track 1:1 related invoices and payments. Support from IIQ is always very good and they are constantly working to make the system better. It has powerful and flexible rules for processing tickets or other items. It syncs from your SIS, in our case Skyward, for student and class schedule info, syncs from Google to auto create users, syncs from Google Devices to sync Chromebook information, and from our MDM to sync iPad details. It is a great all in one solution for K12.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

IIQ listens to customers and continues to evolve the product to address pain points that people share.
The ticket analytics section is not bad, but I think if it could be tweaked a little more and reports saved for future use that it would be better. But this is a fairly small thing.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

If you compare it to other options, you will find it is a step above and worth the cost.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More efficient, better record keeping, tracking fees owed and paid, tickets can be handled better, technicians able to manage tickets easier and see problems. asset tracking is very flexible

  ### 5. Works well for a school district, but has many small things that can be adjusted.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

IIQ is pretty simple. Not too hard to learn and set up, and teachable for non-tech savvy users. I like the custom views quite a bit as they are highly customizable.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

The app could use some work. The search bar tries to search too quickly before I can finish typing and clears the field. Also there are some settings (issue type I think?) that are not changeable in the app.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

IIQ is simple to pick up and rather useful for day-to-day. I would enjoy if they could improve their app. I would also like a bit more comprehensive system for the ticket templates and rules engine working together, kind of like the workflows in Autotask. Altogether great to implement.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IIQ is helping us with managing tickets all in one place while being easy to use for end-users but customizable enough on the back end to allocate and organize tickets for quick handling. Modules are coming in handy as we are slowly adding them.

  ### 6. Needs a bit of work, but a great foundation for a ticketing program.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

The best part of IIQ is the consistent updates they are making to the platform, taking feedback from the community forums and implementing it as they can. It is very possible to have a good idea and have it implemented with enough support.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

The fuzzy search is not fuzzy enough. It doesn't search via wild card correctly making some combinations unsearchable individually (If an asset is named L123456, you cannot find it by simply searching 123456 and must include the L). Clicking search too fast sometimes takes you out of the text field. The mobile app also needs some work, things like not being able to change a ticket issue or some parts of assets is annoying.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For the use case I use it for, we got to solve a lot of previous issues with other ticketing systems such as topdesk. We can import a lot of things into one system, and the modules and widgets that IIQ provides are seamless with integrating other programs into one cohesive unit.

  ### 7. iiQ is easy to learn and for end-users to create help requests.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

iiQ is most helpful in having a lot of information in one place. I appreciate being able to communicate through the ticket system with end-users. It is expensive but has internal applications in one place that we used to purchase separately.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

Reports require several steps and do not always get the list exactly right. The built-in analytics make up for that. Some of the categories in issues do not match up with what we need.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

If you are using several different apps to support your service desk, you may want to switch to just this one app. We were able to consolidate a lot of management tasks into one place.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration with other apps makes it easy to find information on users or devices in one spot. Our assets are finally connected with our users. Time is saved communicating with users and tracking repairs or issue patterns.

  ### 8. New to IQ

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian M. | Technology Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

I like the user lookup feature. When users put in the wrong equipment I can double-check if what they put in is correct which helps me be more prepared to help the user when I arrive on site.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

We have quite a few techs that have tickets. I wish that it was a little easier to find tickets that are submitted to me. I created some filter groups for different buildings I cover which helps, but on rare occasions the ticket will go to the wrong space.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned in the first question, having the ability to see what equipment is checked out to people is very helpful. It is also really useful to have the ability to send comments to users inside Incident IQ. It helps to be able to contain everything in one place so I can review what we have already talked about.

  ### 9. Incident IQ Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

I like how intuitive Incident IQ is and how easy it is for our end-users to create tickets based on the assets that they have or the room that they are in. We also enjoy the deployment utility for our one to one rollouts.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

I would like the spare pools to be worked on a little bit more. We have many students who break our spares and there's no real right way to have these items to be unlisted in the spare pool if they have an active ticket listed against it.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

none

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many chromebook issues. We also have had success with utilizing our SCCM and Google device integrations. It's nice to see the OU information when we pull up a device and gives us insight if we need to move a device in Active Directory or Google.

  ### 10. Locating all your user and asset data in one easy to navigate location.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin C. | Lead Computer Technician, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

The extremely intuitive user interface requires very little training, and with a few simple clicks, your users can place work orders.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

Increased feature sets have increased administrative tasks, at some point the administration might need to be re-worked and consolidated.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

We looked at all the other options for a helpdesk solution and none of them were so intricately intertwined with all our information systems and able to bring them all under one roof with high visibility.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asset management and balancing workloads among teams have allowed for more informed decisions by our leadership, which has decreased our turnaround time on reapirs.

  ### 11. Reliable and Customizable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

It's pretty customizable. While the amount of customization can seem intimidating, I like how much we can personalize if we really want to. The views are especially useful.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

The search function can be tricky and unreliable sometimes, specifically the keyword search. Closing multiple tickets at once is a useful feature, but is limited because it relies on the end-user selecting the proper category.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

IncidentIQ seems a bit more robust and reliable than ticketing systems I've previously used. The cloud-based nature allows me to access the system regardless of where I am.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a reliable way for end-users to submit help requests with a way to communicate back to them. We needed something user-friendly for us and end-users. The ability for end-users to monitor current and past tickets is a nice feature.

  ### 12. Incident IQ is a great product that's constantly improving

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

Incident IQ allows us to replace and integrate multiple support systems into one. The ease and convenience of tying inventory directly into support requests allow for a level of support and organization that was difficult when bouncing between multiple systems.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

Incident IQ can be slow. The system does almost everything we want it to do, but sometimes the wait time when searching for a ticket or asset is noticeable. If the loading times were a bit snappier, I would feel confident recommending this product to other organizations without an asterisk.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

Take the time to test the workflows and ticket routing within your organization.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We view Incident IQ as a communication tool. It has helped our department and our customers come together in ways our organization hadn't seen before. The collaboration is exciting!

  ### 13. Everything we need, all in one place.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JUSTIN R. | Help Desk Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

I can track the entire life of a device in my district. From easily adding the device to the system, assigning to a user, fielding tickets, to decommission.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

Need to have the dashboard auto-refresh.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

It's a great product built for education. It has every feature and integration that a school needs to keep technicians (who are in short supply) out of the paperwork and in the field helping others.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all the communication in one place is ideal. There are never any questions, we simply refer to the timeline and all answers are provided.

  ### 14. Slick and easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jayson S. | Tech Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

The integration with Assets and tickets. Being able to link the assets to the tickets with two clicks saves time when you're dealing with 20+ Chromebooks every day.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

I don't particularly appreciate how we can't change the default category names of issues. It makes you create a whole new category and then manually add every issue back into that category.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a problem with tickets and Chromebooks not being tracked together. With IQ we are able to include the Chromebook in the ticket for future tracking and reporting.

  ### 15. Incident IQ and You

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antonin K. | Temp Tech, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

I like how tickets are easy to create and manage, and that the website is fairly fast and clean looking.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

When I resize a window the panels on the website don't get resized in real-time an dI need to refresh the page.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

It works for exactly what I need it for, and probably what you need it for, assuming that's managing a lot of tickets for various devices.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without IncidentIQ managing tickets would be a lot harder and slower. I'd probably be using something archaic like paper.

  ### 16. Incident IQ Is A Dream Come True

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lynn D. | Technology Support Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

Incident IQ was made for educational institutions. There are so many features that we have been looking for in a Help Desk product especially since we have gone 1:1.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

I would like to be able to assign a ticket as I am creating the ticket.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Device m,anagement inside a help desk system is the key. Also, being able to have student data, such as location, room# and schedule information is beautiful. The fact that Incident IQ integrates with so many systems we are already using is great.

  ### 17. Very Positive. Would definitely recommend!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

We like how IIQ streamlines our ticket and asset management processes. It allows us to get rid of multiple spreadsheets and save time from having to piece together incidents manually.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

We really wish there were more customization to the fee tracker portion of IIQ. We would also like auto page refresh to be implemented so that ticket statuses in the dashboard would update more automatically.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

Give the platform a serious consideration, especially if implementing a 1-to-1 program within your school. It will save a lot of time and effort.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IIQ helps eliminate the multiple spreadsheets we were using to track tickets and incidents. We have also realized how it can also streamline other workflows in our organization.

  ### 18. Simply the Best for Edu IT

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua W. | Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

IQ offers extensive tools custom built for Education IT. The ticketing and asset tracking systems provided are well developed and with thoughtful design.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

The few problems I've stumbled upon within IncidenrIQ have been resolved quickly by their fantastic team.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Incident IQ for IT helpdesk and asset tracking. The system has increased our productivity tenfold, and has allowed us to closely monitor repeat issues, and easily track devices as they change hands via Jamf and Gsuite integrations.

  ### 19. Great product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

Incident IQ works great for tracking our inventory and helping our team complete repairs quickly! Anytime a ticket is placed, we are all able to see it and respond or react to the issue. It's great that users can have different access. This has helped with including librarians and student interns in management and repair issues.

Incident IQ also responds to suggestions for improvements and makes it happen!

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

If a student starts using a device, it automatically adds them as the owner. It would be nice if when the devices are "checked out", the asset ID would change to the user's name.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to track repairs, track locations of repairs and compare what is happening in each location. We are more productive and efficient in completing requests because anyone in our department can respond. It also enables us to work as a team on issues.

  ### 20. Great Experience with IIQ

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

The best thing about Incident IQ has the been having your inventory inside the ticketing system. It makes it so easy to link the user's electronic devices to their ticket.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

Theres not much downsides to using Incident IQ. There is one thing that I would like. Being able to edit shortcut actions before you post them in the ticket would be great!

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

Test out the Incident IQ platform to see if it best suits your needs.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping assets linked to tickets were a big problem with our old ticketing system. Now that we can make them link devices on ticket creation, it helps everyone know where the ticket is for.

  ### 21. The Best Ticketing system for school districts I have used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

I am able to quickly look at a person's assets so that I can immediately know what I am working with. Does someone need a printer added? No problem, their computer is listed right on the ticket.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

There is a lack of customizability compared to other products. Not to say it isn't customizable, it is, but compared to some other offerings such as Freshdesk it is less.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aside from the ability to look at someone's assets, the support has been great, we have been able to recommend features and have them implemented. And thus have much more integration with our other systems, much more than any other service offers.

  ### 22. Incident IQ has been a complete game changer for our school district.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

As a level 2 technician, I find the ticket management to be the best platform we have used so far in the district. All the information that I need is easily accessible.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

I would say the only thing that could be improved upon from my experience so far is the mobile app and it has already made great strides since we began using Incident IQ.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our district, managing the workflow effectively was becoming the biggest issue. It was hard, to communicate with all parties involved and schedule services with our old platform. Incident IQ has helped us improve that greatly and integrate all our systems into one platform.

  ### 23. A clean, easy to use program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

The service is organized well and easy to use. It increases productivity by allowing us to use a hub to view inventory and repairs whenever we need to. It is great

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

The program could do with a better search system for looking through ticket notes. The program could do with more features as it feels a bit more basic at times.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

Make sure you properly organize and manage the program. The more organized, the easier your work

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us keep track of repairs and devices so that we can keep working efficiently. It increases productivity but there occasionally seems to be a lack of features.

  ### 24. A great product for K-12 districts.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

We love the customization of the menus and how our assets can be attached to every ticket. We also have connections to Google Workspace and our mobile device management so we can control devices through the interface. It is easy to look up a user's account to see their history or the history of a particular item. The analytics let us know if we are responding to issues in a timely manner and if certain processes are more or less effective when implemented.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

I can't think of anything negative to say about this product.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can track issues for specific products more closely. It also speeds up our workflows by having integrations with Google Workspace, our MDM, and student information. It's becoming more and more of a "single pane of glass" for our technicians.

  ### 25. Fast and easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge L. | Student Advocate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

it is fast to learn the system and easy to maneuver around. .

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

The thing i dislike about incident iq is the search tool seems a bit limited. .

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

take time to learn the system

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the problem i am solving with incident iq are checking in and out student la[tops and keeping track of there fees.. .

  ### 26. Liking what we see so far!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

I like the response via email the best. This keeps the requester informed and up to date. I also like the aspect of just needing to send an email.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

In the emailed responses, there is a lot of extraneous stuff. It is a little difficult to read through for the latest message/current status. It could be "cleaner" visually. Simpler for the non-tech department people who are interfacing with it.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using as our sole method of all tech requests in our district. Our request numbers have gone WAY up.

  ### 27. Working with Incident IQ - a valuable partnership with schools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

Incident IQ has a very responsive team that works with our IT staff to constantly improve the product.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

So far, there isn't anything that I don't like about Incident IQ

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

Please give Incident IQ a try - they will be a valuable tool for your district.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Incident IQ has been a great help with giving us visibility into asset inventory control. Their highly flexible system also helps us to better track and respond to tickets.

  ### 28. IIQ Rocks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

Inventory and ticket management are top-notch.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

When an asset model is not yet established and I go to create an asset it won't make the new asset model. I have to go to the models tab and make the model first before I can make the asset. Would be nice if there isn't currently an asset of that particular model to have IIQ make the model type and asset in one swoop.

  ### 39. Is more than a help desk service.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rusell G. | System Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

I like Incident IQ very much because it is a help desk software, but it has many more features that make it a very complete option. It allows the analysis of functions, generates reports, sends support tickets. To solve a technical problem, it is a very effective software, it helps a lot to find the cause.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

I think new users may feel a little intimidated, if they don't know about this kind of software. It also doesn't look very useful to use at first sight, it is after knowing this software that you can take advantage of it.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

I believe that any place that uses devices, whether for work or class purposes, should use Incident IQ if they have an incident. Diagnosis and solution of the problem are easy to find thanks to this software. There is nothing better than having access to quality technical support.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my job we use a lot of electronic devices. We do not have a technical service staff in the company, but we hire an external agency. When we had a problem with a device, the team of professionals had to come and solve it, and it took a long time to do the work, because they could not know the problem in advance. Now, many times we can solve the technical problem on our own with Incident IQ. And when we can't solve it, at least we have a report that makes the work of the technical service much easier.

  ### 40. Make decisions and solve any incident just by sending a ticket.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katharina M. | Analyst Softwarequalität, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

It has an extensive list of devices assigned to users who use the platform and allows you to report incidents on any of these devices from printers, laptops, tablets, projectors, take into account all these office devices that we use on a daily basis. The initial interface is quite intuitive from the start you can send a quick support ticket by accessing from the start menu and selecting the device that is causing the problem, from my point of view the first time I use it I was fascinated with the ease of performing all these actions. It is available almost anywhere making it a universal software. Its profile offers help with software/hardware problems, I have currently reported a number of bugs and have received almost immediate feedback from attendees. You can report almost any problem from their platform and they also offer solutions for online systems. It also has a phone application that I currently use on Android operating system and it is going very well, in general it is a great program.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

Recently I had a problem with a laptop I sent a ticket and I consider that they did not provide a professional solution the truth seemed to me an answer that lacked technical experience, I hope they put better professionals since their software is based on helping the client to obtain solutions for the errors that they present with the assigned electronic devices. I would like you to add more languages to your phone application. For online systems it is usually not the best option I have a virtual classroom with google and it has not given me the quality results I expected.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

At first I did not think that the program was to my liking but using most of its functions I could realize that it offers an excellent quality in help service for incidents with devices that we use daily in our offices, classrooms etc... It has an excellent mobile application ideal for those who like to work from anywhere. The license is ideal for any type of company, but is focused mostly on the K-12 area, however I currently use it in the IT department and I am doing very well with the program.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have many devices in my office and I also have virtual classrooms where I discuss and have debates with professionals in my area of work. With incident IQ I can solve these problems by sending help tickets to your support team in most cases I get the solution to my problems especially with devices like Laptops and Projects. I am also using to receive help in the software area since they also provide solutions in this area, as a correction tool they provide alternative solutions and give a different approach to address hardware problems. Most of the time I implement it by its mobile application is excellent to be able to send Tickets from the comfort of my mobile phone.

  ### 41. Allows users to view different aspects of their business in a single platform.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepa M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

Incident IQ helps to manage and support the management for better functioning.Companies which wants to be more cost-effective and to produce consistent results, they outsource tasks, which ensures that the company will get consistent, reliable results. As the availability for an in house response team is scared and very time consuming, in solution to this outsourcing is a boon which provides cost-effective and promised solution towards the requirements.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

The major disadvantage with Incident IQ is that the access of the company network and information is provided to an outside entity, which adds a major risk by providing excess to an external entity. The security concern is of more interest because if the external entity was hacked, then cyber criminals have potential access to your network also.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

It is very easy to use and configured. No one can complaint regarding to this software.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefit of outsourcing is its cost-effectiveness as we don't have to pay full-time salaries and benefits to employees. For a company with an excellent monitoring system, you need to pay MSSP to maintain a connection with the monitoring service, along with the actual breach response services. Additionally, you can pay a contract fee to a company to provide services, eliminating the big losses in case of hacking.

  ### 42. I like this help desk service, it is a wonderful tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

There is no tool as similar as this, Incident IQ shows that it has enough power and has no comparison, I really recommend it.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes the job easier, it has a great impact on the company, now we make the decisions as a team and visualize the analyzes, everything is fine, we have solved different types of problems, now we label the teams in order and we help the team to be ready to solve any kind of problem.

It is a good ticket system platform, it is really excellent and it works efficiently, it is practical and with good performance and support, it meets the required needs, it is an intuitive platform with great ease of use, it also offers a free trial. This platform has no comparison, with those we have used, this is the one indicated.

It has been a long road and at this moment we notice some failures, types of errors in some of its functions, for example, some of its weaknesses are consolidated in the creation of tickets, when selecting a category sometimes it does not usually load, and I have to constantly updating it to solve it, is a rare problem, which does not affect so much but has not yet been resolved.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

If you are considering it, you should consider some things, such as creating tickets is easy, but sometimes it is usually complicated and slow, just be patient. But if I recommend this tool since it is economical and worthwhile.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved our problems with the creation of tickets, since it offers a good experience in the creation of tickets, we can also navigate, manage and label, greatly improve the workflow and solve any problem in our work process, it is great.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily M. | Senior Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

A totally efficient tool for ticket management, I love its interface and its way of flowing, it is fast and not complicated at the time of use, it also offers a free demo and that is perfect, its interface is clean and clear and it is excellent for everything, and for management and supervision, and technical support is always attentive to any questions.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

One of its negative aspects, which I think is something that bothers a lot is the difficulty it has in the customization functions, it is difficult to navigate and use, since it has some somewhat confusing functions, which none of the experts can handle, should improve that part.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

For being a good product that fulfills its functions, if I recommend it, if you are looking for a low cost and high quality tool, Incident IQ is the best option.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With this tool, the creation of tickets has been a great experience, greatly improving and simplifying the work, helping us with the help desk services, creating tickets faster than before, dealing with incidents and collaborating with the whole team, and we are doing very well.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Courtney H. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2020

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

What stands out this tool is its ease of use and the administration is totally reliable, it helps us form company tickets, manage changes, it also has different types of tickets, in which they are easy to use, it really is a great platform to manage tickets and receive support from your department, has a simple and intuitive interface and helps to easily register problems and changes or other requirements, and the support is very nice.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

I wish I had a more powerful search engine to quickly find different types of tickets, the mistakes we have had have not been so serious, but if something annoying, for example, sometimes the start screen generally closes or does not load completely , and also on the other hand, updates are always inconvenient and do not give good results.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

I recommend it, it is good in all its areas, it is a product worth trying, easy to use service desk, ticket creation, follow-ups, and if you are familiar with this type of tools, it will be much easier.

**What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us a lot to solve problems, creating tickets helps a lot and increases the workflow, and improves administration and support, now with Incident IQ everything is faster and more efficient than before, we also follow up and communicate any type of problem.

This tool is good and worthwhile, since it is economical and fulfills its functions, I like the way to solve the tickets since it helps a lot at work, it is a simple tool with good design, flexible and effective, especially because it is Easy to understand and implement, it's not complicated, and it's different from the rest, that's why we use it.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

It is good and efficient and, for the moment, we have not noticed anything serious, only some inconveniences in general that are small, for example, in the flow of ticket delivery can give errors if it is not done in the correct way, since it is Somewhat confusing at times, I would also like it to show more details and be more explanatory so that we can all understand some of its functions.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

It is an efficient tool and works correctly, so it is highly recommended, it is amazing, so I will not hesitate to recommend it to everyone, it also has a free sample, so explore all its functions and you will see how good it is.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eve R. | Senior Program Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

Being able to enter the platform with google SSO makes it very easy to access all the information that Incident IQ offers, I can create quick tickets easily. The option to create tickets gives me 3 options that are very attractive among them my favorite is Device/Hardware however I usually access daily to Network/Wifi and also as a user, it should be noted that I can create other requests with this tool. The amount of labels to create tickets is unlimited and I like the variety of options I have highlighting the Desk Phones and Projectors here I have all kinds of access to products offered by the school system of this platform can use them to my liking if I want. The iPad and iPhone application is very complete, being able to do all the tasks from any place where it is located, the administrative support is professional and always there to solve doubts.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

I have received failures managing some access like those of my HP ProDesk 600 and Casio Xj-F100W projector, problems like sending tickets and interaction with the devices, achieved very good things regarding the mobile application however there are options that can only be done from the computer that I would like to be added to the application since it presents failures when creating tickets in other areas different from the 3 main ones. They have a category for tablets recently I used the chromebook version and it has given me problems when trying to access with my school mail. I hope they solve all these problems.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

This platform is a marvel for reporting major failures in electronic devices that are used professionally and daily such as tablets, laptops, projectors, printers, has a wide variety of categories to send tickets and get and report damage to the most specialized authorities. It offers 4 options when wanting to create a ticket the most useful for me is the Software/Online Systems because my profession is an excellent solution. Having hardware and software devices on the platform is the best thing that can be rescued from this service. The search engine I love I have a very complete list of desktop topics highlighting the option of laser/fax printers.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

Laptop/Notebooks is one of the options that Incident IQ currently offers in its user interface. I want to let you know that I'm currently having problems with this system because I don't offer some computer models that I use have many errors when creating the tickets. I would like to see better technical support for users outside the Americas.

**Reviewed by:** Caitlin K. | Software Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

The ability to enter tickets quickly with a wealth of information makes Incident IQ an excellent technology support program specializing in K-12. What I like best is using the Quick Tickets feature since I can send my tutors help tickets for any problems I have with my promotion jobs and my IT doctorate project. The support team is excellent and fully trained to solve any kind of problem based on the technology they have manufactured. I love being able to distribute and collect information in just a few simple steps. The Audit function is excellent and can be done even with an Android phone or iOS

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

Maybe the only detail is the application I use on my phone since it generates conflicts when running it. I am currently running the iphone operating system and I really don't like the way it works. Maybe the price is a bit high and it may not be necessary to make the purchase. Sometimes the application gets stuck which can make it difficult to use. When I entered the interactive webinar offered to buy the product, it seemed that the people in charge did not know how to explain very well the operation of the product.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

Incident IQ is an excellent educational tool that is easy to use and access for those professionals looking to collect information in the K-12 area. It is a versatile and easy to use tool that I recommend to people who are looking for help through automated systems and easy to access software. **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ava G. | Application Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2020

**What do you like best about Incident IQ?**

Incident IQ is the most professional customer support platform I have ever seen, the product is available for both cloud and web access, its system offers very complete features such as real-time chat for communication with support people, IT resource management, multi-channel communications, automated router and email integration. I have to emphasize that the biggest attraction for me is its great performance since it really is very good and offers a lot of guarantee to be able to work with the platform in a very effective way. Incident's interface has a very exponential design and provides a perfect visibility of all the functions available to its users, its mobile application I must admit can be a life saver in many occasions.

**What do you dislike about Incident IQ?**

The software still requires some minor improvements to perfect its operation, in some occasions I have been operating this system together with my team and we have been able to observe great slow-downs in all its system. Your mobile application, in spite of being very good, is very basic and does not allow you to work with the desired efficiency. I would love you to have a more robust operation in terms of computing.

**Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ:**

Incident IQ is a service that cannot be compared to any other similar service, it is a very robust tool and provides the highest performance to provide quality support to customers, at a very affordable cost. For people who want to purchase a service that is effective, Incident IQ is an alternative that should not be overlooked, it is a tool with exemplary performance.
