What do you like best about Inception CRM?

I like how effectively it supports the work of our field sales reps so that they stay focused on their clients. The campaign management tools are helpful especially for cross-selling and loyalty management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inception CRM?

I wish there were more online features. We use the Windows application which is mostly offline. While that has some benefits, an online solution would allow better information sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
