the interfaces of the software ecosystem is less efficient than a software such as sales force or quickbooks. This may be because they are integrating so many great features. I'm not crazy about the user interface. I think a good U/I consultant and graphic artist would make it more pleasing to use. Reporting can also be greatly improved, however we now use 3rd party reporting software to get around that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
