It’s very easy to use the storage and management console, and it’s super quick to create a bucket. Customer service has been great, too. I also like that it works with Acronis, which I use for backups. Performance has been incredible—it’s so fast. On top of that, the pricing is predictable with a flat rate. I like that Impossible Cloud provides a cost-effective platform for backing up large quantities of data. Some parts of the UI are a little clunky, and it's not the most user friendly or nontechnical expertise friendly platform. Some features that I would expect to be present such as the ability to share at a folder level are not currently present. Although the service is providing its core functionality very well, I think it could be improved by building on that to allow for some more sharing for files. As the Impossible Cloud distributor for the Benelux, we advise our MSP's and IT resellers to use the multi-tenant cloud platform, as it is the easiest way to make Cloud back-up. I appreciate that Impossible Cloud offers European storage at a super competitive price. It's nice that I can use the same Acronis solution while saving a lot of money. Additionally, I find it great that it's based on blockchain technology that really works and is fast. Blockchain guarantees a more secure handling and better scalability for me. I was looking for a secure off-site backup location that would integrate with my backup software, was easy to deploy, and had a pricing structure that was clear and easy to forecast.
