It saves time, helps you grow, and gives you the data you need to see what’s working Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

One thing I dislike about Impact.com is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are a lot of features, and it takes some time to learn how to use everything. The interface isn’t always the most intuitive, especially for new users, so some training or support is usually needed to get comfortable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Impact.com: Scalable Affiliate Management"
5/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

Impact.com offers a robust affiliate and partnership management infrastructure that scales well for growing businesses. The platform centralizes tracking, contract management, and commission payouts in one place, which reduces the operational overhead of managing multiple partners manually. The reporting dashboard gives clear visibility into affiliate performance, and the ability to customize commission structures adds flexibility for different partnership tiers. Customer support has been responsive and helpful in navigating onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

The setup and learning curve is a bit steep for smaller teams or solo operators. The interface is feature-dense, which can feel overwhelming when you're setting up for the first time. Pricing is also on the higher end plus requires a yearly commitment, which may be a barrier for early-stage businesses that don't yet have high affiliate volume to justify the cost. "Easy Brand Discovery, But UX Needs Work"
4/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

I like that there's a lot of brands on impact.com, and that there's a huge variety of different collaborations available. I mostly do things in the health, wellness, and travel space. I like that I'm able to search out new brands even if they haven't reached out to me. The brands are categorized well, and I can actually search for a particular brand I'm looking to target, which is a feature I like. They also send some recommendations, though that's not something I've really taken advantage of since some of the recommendations don't seem exactly like anything I would work with. It's nice to be able to search for something I want so I can bypass trying to get an email from the brand itself and just sign up directly, which takes out part of that waiting on a human being. It saves time and helped me find better partners, and it offers a new variety of brands I might not even know of yet. It saves time so I don't have to do a Google search since everything is just presented right there. The initial setup was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

{"I find how to end a contract unclear. How to end a contract? It's not clear.","I think the label 'Expires' is confusing. Expires seems like a weird use word to use for that. It should just say end contract.","I find the UX is not the best in all honesty.","I think they could do better for the user experience and the flow in order to find the things you need in your brand.","Some of the recommendations don't seem exactly like anything that I would work with."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A powerful platform for managing and scaling partnerships"
5/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

What I like best about impact.com is how it makes managing partnerships much more organized and scalable. The platform gives a clear overview of partner performance, tracking, conversions, and revenue, which makes it easier to understand which partnerships are actually driving results. I also like the automation features and reporting capabilities because they reduce manual work and help optimize campaigns faster. Overall, it provides a more professional way to manage affiliate and partnership programs compared to handling everything through spreadsheets or disconnected tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

One thing I dislike about impact.com is that the platform can feel a bit complex when you first start using it. There are many features and settings available, so it takes some time to fully understand the workflow and get everything configured properly. The learning curve can be challenging for beginners, but once you become familiar with the platform, the flexibility and reporting capabilities make it worthwhile. "Intuitive Dashboard & One-Click Brand Applications — A Real Time-Saver for Affiliates"
4/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

Impact has genuinely made affiliate work less of a headache. The dashboard is intuitive enough that I was generating affiliate links and custom tracking links within minutes of logging in, without a tutorial. What really stands out is having one place to search for and discover brands, instead of hunting down and applying to dozens of separate self-hosted affiliate programs scattered across the internet. The biggest time-saver, though, is that once I've filled in my info during signup, applying to new brand programs is just a single click since Impact already has my data on file — no more re-entering the same details. Between the streamlined applications and the easy link creation, it has removed a noticeable chunk of administrative work from my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

Honestly, Impact's AI and intelligence features are where it falls short. The search functionality feels clunky compared with a simple Google search; finding specific brands or programs requires far more digging than it should. The chatbot support is hit-or-miss — it's available, but it rarely resolves issues and typically just points me back to generic help articles instead of solving my problem. The AI-powered brand-matching feature, which is supposed to recommend programs that fit my niche, also doesn’t work as advertised; the suggestions feel random and not tailored to my audience. For a platform that leans on "smart" features as a selling point, the actual intelligence behind them needs a lot more work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All My Affiliate Partnerships in One Place"
4/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

What I like most about impact.com is that I can find everything I need all in one place. I can join affiliate programs, get paid, and see my stacks without having to go to multiple different websites. Everything is all in one place, so if I'm working with a couple of different brands, I can see everything on the platform. It also solves the runaround of looking for what companies offer affiliate programs, because I can easily find different companies and brands within their dashboard. The initial setup was pretty easy, it wasn't that hard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

{"I think understanding your stacks better could be improved.","Maybe the website could be a bit more organized.","And maybe understanding things could be better."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Impact.com is how easy it is to manage affiliate partnerships in one place. The Shopify integration is straightforward, making it simple to track affiliate-driven sales, commissions, and performance. The reporting dashboard provides useful insights, and the platform helps automate many manual tasks, making affiliate program management more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

"Simplified Affiliate Tracking and Partnership Management"
5/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

What I appreciate most about impact.com is its clean and organized platform. It simplifies affiliate management by bringing a wide range of brands together in one place. The reporting tools are easy to navigate, making it convenient to monitor performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, and sales, which helps improve overall efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

One area that could be improved is the withdrawal fee structure. The current fixed fee can feel relatively high, especially for smaller payouts. A percentage-based fee model would be a more balanced and equitable approach, helping ensure affiliates are treated fairly regardless of the withdrawal amount. "Intuitive, Simple Platform for Seamless Partner Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

I love how easy it is to navigate the platform. It's nice and simple to find my way around between creating new template terms, finding new partners, as well as reviewing partner performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

Something specific that I've noticed recently that is frustrating is regarding the creation of newsletters. If there is an issue with any adcode in html that I've built, it will just simply say that there is an error with adcode rather than showing where the issue is. Sometimes there are some glitches with this where errors will come up saying that there are errors with adcode when there actually aren't once I fully reset the page.
