I find the initial setup process a bit confusing. When I first applied via one of the brands and got accepted to the marketplace, it wasn't very clear to me how the process worked. I felt a bit confused initially. Additionally, there is a challenge with communication with brands. Although there is a chat option now, brands are not always online, and they don't always reply. This causes a disconnect between publishers and the brands. Even if emails are sent to them, they don't always check their emails, which contributes to this communication gap. We have major issues with leaking promo codes. Preventing publishers from earning commission on orders that use an unauthorized code is helpful, but I wish there were better tools to block those transactions from happening in the first place. Specifically preventing publishers from sharing codes, or allowing users to upload codes to their websites. Somewhat easy? I need to fill a lot of details related to taxation. Most important is filling the tex related form is not easy here. They should provide some hints about the details they are asking for, finance related work sound technical to normal user. Like they ask for a TIN number even when I do have a PAN or GST number. W8BEN form is also not presented in user friendly manner.

I don't like that I am not able to download information from the network at greater ease. i would like the ability to pull associated emails/contacts for all brands I am partnered with. They are competitively priced, and easy to launch and use. the platform is very straight forward and has a lot of features to use for refined results. their customer support is very swift in replies and helpful. the integration is straight forward and so far was very easy for us to implement.
