**What do you like best about iMocha?**

What I really like about iMocha is its versatility in assessing both technical and soft skills. It offers a wide range of customizable tests, which makes it easy to tailor assessments to specific roles. The platform also provides in-depth reports and analytics that give clear insights into a candidate’s strengths and weaknesses. Plus, the user-friendly interface makes it simple to set up and use, which saves a lot of time during the hiring process.

**What do you dislike about iMocha?**

One thing I think iMocha could improve is the variety of question types in some assessments.

**What problems is iMocha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main problems it addresses is the difficulty of assessing candidates’ skills accurately and efficiently at scale. It helps to quickly filter out candidates who may look good on paper but lack the necessary technical or soft skills, saving time and effort during the hiring process.

The platform also streamlines the evaluation of large candidate pools by offering standardized assessments that can be customized for specific job roles.

**What do you like best about iMocha?**

iMocha has been a valuable tool in streamlining our recruitment process. The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and allows for customization of test questions to suit different roles. Support from the iMocha team has been prompt and helpful. Highly recommended for efficient, competency-based assessments.

**What do you dislike about iMocha?**

One area for improvement is the test setup process, it could be more intuitive, especially for new users. The initial learning curve is a bit steep, and clearer step-by-step guidance or an improved user interface would make onboarding smoother.

**What problems is iMocha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iMocha provides my organization with a formal and structured platform for administering written tests and evaluating results efficiently. It streamlines the assessment process, ensures consistency across candidates, and supports competency-based hiring with measurable outcomes.

**What do you like best about iMocha?**

It is very easy to use, you can create own tests, upload, use existing mocha tests or customise same. The system has end to end testing features including advanced proctoring features which makes the platform very credible.  The customer support is very handy even outside the normal working times. We are blessed to have Sonal as our customer experience focal point.

**What do you dislike about iMocha?**

I am enjoying the platform so far. No dislikes so far.

**What problems is iMocha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

speedy administration of tests. WE can administer tests to a large number of candidates without the need for physical invigilation

**What do you like best about iMocha?**

I like i-MOCHA because it allows you to assess candidates anonymously, ensuring unbiased evaluations. The system is also capable of detecting window and image violations, preventing candidates from cheating. Additionally, i-MOCHA maintains a comprehensive record of all assessments, which can be referenced in the future if any queries arise.
Another reason I appreciate i-MOCHA is the prompt support they provide. Their Customer Success Manager and team are highly responsive, following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and requesting feedback immediately after service. They offer continuous support, especially if candidates encounter technical problems during assessments.
Moreover, i-MOCHA's support team is always ready to assist with any technical issues that may occur while creating or after completing a test. They resolve issues promptly and provide guidance to help users develop the skills needed to handle future problems independently.
I also value i-MOCHA's extensive library of pre-built assessments and customizable test options, which cater to a wide range of skills and roles. This flexibility makes it easier to tailor assessments to specific job requirements. Additionally, their detailed analytics and reporting tools offer valuable insights into candidate performance, helping to make informed hiring decisions.

So far, i do not have the dislike about i-Mocha

Assessing talents without your presence. This serves time and allows talents to use the system at their convenient time.

**What do you like best about iMocha?**

High Quality assessment questions, robust platform and highly supportive team. Any query gets answered in few mins and the CSM is just a call away. We run assessments almost daily at odd hrs and during weekends, have never had any blockers. We also onboard users on the platform which is easy to use. Platform and experience has been seamless.

**What do you dislike about iMocha?**

The reporting and analytics feature can be further enhanced for admins

**What problems is iMocha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iMocha has quality assessment questions for different skills and competencies. This helps us to hire the best talent outside and also run internal benchmark assessments for the organization encouraging teams to learn continuously.

**What do you like best about iMocha?**

Code based questions and Reports are excellent. This supports our screening process by providing detailed reports, which in turn enhances our decision-making.
This has significantly improved our hiring process, enabling us to present better-screened candidates to our clients and increasing our overall selection success rate.

**What do you dislike about iMocha?**

The assessment questions should be downloadable so that it could be checked and approved by the client before rolling it out.
Secondly, there shall be an option to download pdf reports at one go.

Reporting can be improved. At present it won't give the complete picture about the account.

**What do you like best about iMocha?**

The platform ensures test integrity with AI-driven proctoring, including webcam monitoring, plagiarism detection, and real-time alerts for suspicious activities

**What do you dislike about iMocha?**

As a recruiter, iMocha does not allow to edit the question, sometimes it is challenging to arrange the chronological order of the questions. 
Sometimes when you have more than 10 questions, it is not easy to prepare the test. This navigation slightly complex at times.

**What problems is iMocha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many candidate exaggerate their skills on resumes, making it difficult to identify their actual capabilities, iMocha provides structured assessments, ensuring only qualified candidates move forward in the hiring process. Another one is with remote hiring, preventing fraud and ensuring test integrity is challenging, iMocha's proctoring (webcam monitoring and real time alerts) minimizes cheating, ensuring fair evaluations.
