I had a somewhat confusing experience with a candidate regarding a reported system issue. We lacked sufficient evidence to determine whether to allow this candidate another attempt. To clarify the situation, I held a bilateral meeting with Sonal Jain, the Customer Success Manager. During our discussion, Sonal provided an explicit overview of the entire test process, which helped us identify the potential causes of the candidate's assessment interruption.

Sonal's guidance was invaluable; she not only helped us design an optimal solution for the candidate's second attempt but also answered numerous questions regarding the system's functioning.
