The amount of time it went down, for an enterprise system app, is too much. Some limitations felt weird, for example, it can only show 500 documents and then when you click more it will show the next 5,000 documents, without pagination. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Operating a business with low error rates and robust performance requires a system that can scale well whilst maintaining the balance of structure and flexibility. Imanage offers this balance with the degree of stability that is hard to come by these days.

Imanage is traditionally a legal centric framework. The resultant logic of file structures and access of information takes some getting used to. Once a user has escaped the box that traditional file systems put our minds in, the operational efficiencies are hard to compete with.
