What do you like best about Illumine?

I love the support team. They are extremely responsive. I am able to receive lessons and attend even the video classes from their app and web platform. The teachers quickly respond to my queries. "Best app for Preschool Parents & School"

What do you like best about Illumine?

My favorite is the daily diary and child learning journey features. Recently started receiving newsletter which are very informational.

Earlier in email it was very difficult to find. Assessment reports are quite informative and easily accessible now. Earlier we used to receive printout and notes but which we were unable to show how my child is progressing from one area to other. Illumine assessment report is very details and insightful. What do you dislike about Illumine?

Mobile app is very nice, would love to access more feature on web which is coming slowly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Illumine:

It is very fast growing platform, we have seen frequent updates and every-time with some new feature. Earlier platform used by school were hardly updated and were missing new features.

What problems is Illumine solving and how is that benefiting you?

Best part is all of information related to my child and his school is now at fingertip. No need to find sheets from the bag and plan for the other day. Progress of my child everyday and how he is doing in development areas were not accessible . With assessment reports as mentioned, it is very easy to find areas where he excels and which needs more attention. Now we are aware and well involved in development. "I virtually see my son learn and grow"

What do you like best about Illumine?

I can drop notes to the teacher. I can very well communicate with the school admin and have all record of conversations. I see the reminders at all times. I see the lovely pictures of my boy with all his friends and it fills my heart with joy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Illumine?

One tiny thing could be that if a school does not use a specific feature, maybe that can be hidden so the parents don't see it. Although my son's school uses almost all features, they don't have the live streaming thing. So maybe if that feature can be completely hidden. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Illumine solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has everything I could ask for. I am a working mom and I always felt anxious and guilty for not being there for my boy or not be involved or informed enough. Its like Illumine has crept into a parents mind and collected all the needs and built this app. I can see what activities my toddler son is doing, i get the notifications, I know when he ate, what he ate when he slept at all times. I immediately get to know if he got hurt or had a quarrel. The UI is pretty good (Sorry for the PM in me speaking). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not only does it replace the standard daycare paper sign-in/out sheets, but it also records the child’s attendance and adds absent notes.

"Best Childcare Management Solution for Preschool"

What do you like best about Illumine?

I have been using Illumine for my preschool and the whole experience to communicate with parents and sending daily updates about the students wouldn't have been much easier. The application is very user friendly and all my teachers and well as parents find it super easy. During COVID times the new features like online classes as well as activity sharing with students were very helpful and I was connected with my students though they were away from school. They have some many unique features like announcements, assessments, fee collection, Lead CRM, etc embedded all under one roof and I really dont have to leave the application and use another platform for my school management

The support team is very supportive and is pretty quick with response to my queries which I haven't seen the other application/software I was using previously. I am very happy with Illumine and would recommend it for all the preschools out there. Trust me it's not an add on to school or teachers but very time effective and give helpful insights about your preschool.

If you are looking for a Childcare management solution for your preschool, I would highly recommend Illumine as it is very user friendly, it's very direct and all you need for your school is under one roof, you do not have to go to different software or find another online class or share lesson on emails with parents.

The school is more organized, unlike before I don't have to go and sit in school and check out different sheets and activities and concerns, and my presence was needed in school.

After taking up Illumine all information of the school like activities, parents' concern, updates, fee payments, billing, also the weekly reports sent by Illumine is very helpful and now all this information is available on fingertips. I don't have to worry every day to go to school and check different things on different platforms.
