This website needs to be deleted and recoded from scratch with a competent software team. Form submissions cannot be downloaded in a clean pdf format at one go, only one-by-one if generated, and the excel version isn't always accurate and/or practical. There are also some features that are hidden in strange places (for example, group communication for teachers is in the Parent Communication area). **What problems is Illumine solving and how is that benefiting you?** We switched to Illumine from Brightwheel because we wanted to be able to create robust progress reports. While I understand that it may be fair in some cases to charge extra, this was not part of the original agreement. For the price I am paying, and being an existing customer that is still awaiting features to be configured to work in our setting, I don't agree that we should pay extra for these "premium" features. Some of these are also not entirely new modules but add on features. We have yet to get our Reports to work in the Illumine App configurations as it is not fully customizable. **What problems is Illumine solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication has been streamlined and improved. We are able to very easily send out information, photos, videos, documents etc. We are able to communicate on one platform whereas before we had to use multiple channels to communicate. We are able to house all our student information within the student profiles. Record keeping and admin functions have also been positively impacted with the use of Illumine. ### 38.
