What do you like best about illumin?

Illumin takes programmatic buying implementation to another level, with its workflows and audience strategies allowing it to impact a wide range of target audiences for any brand. Additionally, I love that it always has customer support ready to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about illumin?

It constantly suffers crashes and access to the platform is compromised, there are also times when the tab in the browser freezes, blocking the computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about illumin?

-Custom path creation, the whiteboard is excellent.

-Audience creation at every step of the path + Retargeting

-Good interface with easy drag and drop

-Customer support is excellent unlike big platforms like Google/Amazon Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about illumin?

-Connecting PMPs could be more seamless, they could also integrate a PMP marketplace.

-Have their own custom audiences which do not cost extra vs using third-party audiences all the time.

What do you like best about illumin?

What I like most about Ilumin is its no nonsense approach to campaign building , just the basic setup the creative and its ready to go, not unlike some other platforms where you have to do several steps before hand like uploading tags in a separate window and so on. What do you dislike about illumin?

The downside of using Ilumin is as well in its simplicity it is based for people who are starting on programmatic buying so for people who have used other platforms some of the choices can be just not enough, like the options for brand safety it could benefit from having the whole showcase, but in the end is nothing that affects my decision to use the platform.
