It is very easy to install and also quite easy to deploy applications on it. We were able to host our application quite successfully through it and deliver it to the client well in advance. We had a few old PHP files which became incompatible with the new version hence we had to replace them. Other than that, the other limitation is the cost which is a bit towards the higher side. IIS 10 is well integrated into Windows Server so it is easier in a development approach to configure and manage. It is also easier to use the tools built in to Windows to get things done. Obviously it doesn't come close to some features that we see with industry standard third party softwares that achieve the same goal.
