IGOR - Your Personal Lab Assistant Pros and Cons

I’ve worked with a few ELNs and IGOR is definitely the easiest to use out of the box. No long set up times just to get started. It can do a lot, but is very intuitive and simple to use, so no big learning curve either. I’m a huge fan of the new sample tracking! And their customer support is really great too.

We recently started using IGOR in December 2023, and it has completely transformed our workflow. It is streamlined and easy to use, allowing us to quickly document our experiments and SOPs with minimal effort, significantly reducing the time spent on adminstrative tasks and freeing up more time to focus on experiments and data analysis. Additionally, their customer support is amazing. Anika has been superb in supporting us getting up and running with the platform and continues to be responsive and ready to assist with any queries.
