Their hands-on approach to help us every step of the way. Their breadth of knowledge and experience is also helpful.  They also are keeping up with the latest technologies to help both evaluate and implement the capabilities that will have the greatest impace.

They move so fast sometime, it is hard to keep up!

Be sure to include them in your evaluation if you are in the marketing for their relevant services. Their experience and success especially in account based marketing puts them as one of the best in my opinion.

**What problems is Ignitium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have worked with Ignitium at several companies helping me in marketing and sales operations supporting the Chief Revenue office and Director of Marketing build a solid account-based marketing engine to support pipeline growth. They architected their service around our feedback and approach to drive both awareness and inbound leads to support pipeline growth. Their experience has allowed them to build an efficient and comprehensive onboarding process designed with our goals in mind and also provide valuable insights into where we could have challenges or better alternatives. Reporting is key to understand what is working and what is not, and Ignitium is one of the best out there helping us address another problem for us.

Ignitium's design team was exceptional at creating visually appealing ads that were personalized to our target accounts. Our account manager not only managed the execution but was proactive in suggesting strategic approaches and enhancements to our approach. The strategic insights we gained from the ad programs helped improve both brand relevance and conversion metrics. Their expertise in ABX orchestration elevated how we approach account-based marketing.

While our experience with Ignitium was largely positive, one potential area for improvement could be the speed of iteration on ad creatives or campaign adjustments. Occasionally, when we needed quick tweaks to certain ad assets based on live campaign feedback, the process felt slightly slower than expected. That said, it hasn’t been a major roadblock, and their team is always responsive and solutions-oriented, ensuring that any challenges are addressed with care.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Ignitium at two different companies while building ABX programs from the ground up. At the first company, ABX was a brand-new concept for most of the team, and Ignitium was instrumental in getting us up and running quickly—without sacrificing quality. They not only executed efficiently but also took the time to educate us throughout the process.

Coming from the Marketing Operations side, I especially appreciated their deep expertise in the ABX tech stack. Their strong relationships with major MarTech vendors—and access to early BETA programs—gave us a real competitive advantage as early adopters of new features and functionality.

**What do you like best about Ignitium?**

Their perpetual desire to improve. They are constantly asking "what else can we do to do deliver even more?" And the people are fantastic - smart, fun, focused, adaptive and consistently demonstrate thought leadership in this space.

**What do you dislike about Ignitium?**

Turnaround times can sometimes be slow depending on peak demand periods - like 1.5 weeks (I'm impatient sometimes). Content creation sometimes takes a lot of iteration due to our niche market which also has heavy regulatory and legal oversight complicating the review cycles.

**Recommendations to others considering Ignitium:**

do your homework on ABX strategy and motions ahead of time - it will help you ask the hard questions both externally and internally. ABX requires more investment internally than externally and be sure to ask question about what specific services they can provide / where the boundaries are. They are flexible but to get the most of this service it requires a little internal corporate soul searching to really figure out what your strengths are vs where a partner like Ignitium can bring the most value.

Getting unprecedented visibility and instrumentation on the buyer's journey and aligning tactics to accelerate time-to-revenue and improve conversions. Our account team is just incredible! They bring such positive energy to every meeting and exchange, and they have moved quickly to help us reach our company goals. They are very collaborative and willing to jump in where needed to support any gaps that we have within our in-house marketing team.

I am so impressed by the level of performance data I've seen from Ignitium. As a content marketer and creative partner, it's so useful to know which ads and assets are performing the best, what types of imagery are resonating, etc. The creative team at Ignitium has been so proactive about updating our landing pages and ads when they notice changes to our brand or products as well.

**What do you dislike about Ignitium?**

In working with any outside partner, it can be difficult to communicate the nuances of our brand messaging, tone, product functionality, etc., so there are times when I've had to give more feedback about ad copy. But I appreciate how well the Ignitium team has received that feedback, how quickly they implemented it, and how much they have adapted to fit our house style over time.

Our business isn’t a traditional SaaS model, so it takes time to fully understand our motion and nuances. Expanding beyond LinkedIn or activating additional tactics often required more investment, and at times, our program felt too narrowly focused without the cross-channel strategy we were hoping for.

Landing pages are built on Folloze for PBAs and could have benefited from more creative /format flexibility. 

It can be slow to get a campaign up and running, as with any 3rd party partner.

**What do you like best about Ignitium?**

They truly know what they're doing and lead the way. Very well organized to support us in building a world-class ABX program for our company.

**What do you dislike about Ignitium?**

Truly the only thing I dislike about Ignitium is that I didn't find them sooner!

**What problems is Ignitium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have helped us to build an ABX program that we just would not be able to accomplish internally. Their level of expertise and tech stack to support the program is truly unmatched. The team is wonderful and I can always count on them to answer my questions and help solve for any issues I may run into.

**What do you like best about Ignitium?**

I love the team we work with. They are very organized, able to manage the mutliple programs we're running - each with their own unique needs and challenges, and they are always quick to turn around requests. They are an extension of the team and we couldn't do it without them.

**What do you dislike about Ignitium?**

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about working with Ignitium.

**What problems is Ignitium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been working with Ignitium for 6 or 7 years and our ABX program is what is today because of their industry expertise and technology know how.

**What do you like best about Ignitium?**

They are organized, they understand the nuances of an enterprise business with a very large and complex marketing organization and they are willing to accomodate all of our ideas. They have proven strong results for 2+ years now with our digital program.

**What do you dislike about Ignitium?**

Our systems don't fully integrate with the advanced ABX tactics Ignitium deploys, so we currently have to find workarounds to see the most impact. This is on our company vs on them, but it does impact the workflows. We are making improvements and advancesments on this daily though!

**What problems is Ignitium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ignitium is helping us operate our 1:Few and 1:1 ABX motion. They are an extension of our team and it would be impossible to scale the way we have without them.

The team. They are always ready to support and our account managers are incredible!

**What do you dislike about Ignitium?**

I think DOMO is a great tool, but it could be better. We are currenty working with Ignitium to make it more personalized and easier to use!

**What problems is Ignitium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been working with Ignitium to get in front of our target accounts and leverage contacts so our SDR team can reach out.
