What do you like best about IG Insight?

Central visibility on system status, usage, and security properties is achieved in a few moments. So, it means I can easily know the potential problems that may be experienced and solved them before they cause a limitation to our work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IG Insight?

Using this particular interface, it is only possible to get information for the last 90 days. This is somewhat restrictive when one seeks to analyze historical data or want to compare the results at two different points in time in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IG Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?

Data export for external use in thirty analysis can be done but may needs manual input with a lot of time especially if the data sets is large. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IG Insight has made this process easier through the provision of a central hub that offers tangible recommendations. I can instantly pin-point some issues which may arise, check the rates of people adopting the application, and confirm whether the TeamConnect environment is running effectively.
