What do you like best about iFax?

I like how simple it is to use the online software. I simply login add my document and send the fax. I dont have a fax machine at home and have to fax alot of documents so it makes it super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iFax?

More features with the ability to customize your document would be nice. Sometimes things need highlighted or underlined and I wish the software allowed me to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iFax solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ifax makes it so I dont need to have a physical machine to send faxes. Fax machines are expensive and it saves me a lot of money and most importantly my time which is a lifesaver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iFax?

iFax is most used in my company it's easy to use and fax with a secure end to end encryption, not only sending and receiving faxes but also converting document format and many more features that make different Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iFax?

From a developer's perspective, I think not to have any disliked features but one thing that needs to improve is the UI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
