Top Rated iFax Alternatives
Definitely one of the best fax software platforms out there. I like that there is fax over IP function and that it has data clustering. The software is also available for desktop, email, and web faxing. The support team for the software is always top notch and is willing to help out with any problem no matter how small it may be. One of the coolest features ive ever seen with a software of this nature is barcode recognition for scanned documents. The instillation set up was one of the easiest we have ever had in our company as well. I also want to touch on the price and how easy the implementation and training was for us. The price was one of the cheapest options out there. Most other products were twice as much. Once it became time to implement the new software, it took less than an afternoon to get my organization live. For a fax server platform, this is one of he best products ive seen in a very long time. There really not anything that I could say is buggy or needs to be fixed. Its a very solid platform from the key functions down. The support team and the R&D team are always top notch in releasing updates and new features. I can say I'm VERY satisfied with the software. It gets a top mark in my book. I think as time goes on, I think iFax will only get better and better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was really easy to use! I was a bity concerned because I've never actually faxed anything! I just typed in the Name and number, attached my document, and that was that! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly can't think of any downsides! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setup was simple to do on my own and the ability to create customized templates for cover letters, set up a dedicated page where individuals can send you a fax (with the option to make it free for them by counting against your plan allotment or having them pay) is nice. Many of our clients have to send us secured medical documents, so giving them a way to do that without them having to pay for it themselves was something I had not considered before; now that I have that as an option, it is one I will not want to be without with a fax service. Not being able to have HIPAA compliance on lower tier paid plans is something that almost turned me away from using iFax. It is not something I anticipate having to use very often, so the 1,000 pages a month allowed in my plan seems a little excessive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have to do it every day. I don't have to do it every week, but maybe once a month I need to send or receive a fax - either for state tax forms or for healht insurance related issues. It's nice to have something that's easy to navigate, easy to start up for something I care so little about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some features that you have to pay extra for that should really be common place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use for first timers! I had to find a way to send a fax electronically in a pinch, and came across iFax. Based on what I read (features, reviews) it seemed to be what I needed, so I thought I would give it a try. It was easy to navigate, did what I needed without false advertizing, paywalling, or wasting my time. I would gladly grow with it if future needs demand it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't run into any downsides yet, other than potentially having to pay US prices as a Canadian (costs more). :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So easy to use and helped me out in a pinch! I was able to implement this tool in minutes and can see myself using this any and every time I need to send a fax. It has great features which will integrated well into our customer support strategies! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's nothing that stands out about what I didn't like about ifax. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciated the 5 free pages, as this was the first time I ever needed to fax something, I'll not need this after this one faxing. Quick implementation and no integration needed, so easy and seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I didn't notice any downside to iFax, as they have a free plan and don't require a CC to proceed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
