What do you like best about iDonate?

Our main contact, Geoff Giauque, has been an outstanding resource. If he doen's know an anwer right away he finds it. He has helped take our giving day platform to a new level. Couldn't be happeir with the customer service. It is also very user friednly and easy to use. We use I donate daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iDonate?

It would be nice if, on giving day, our sports could auto-populate when someone is donating. Currently they have to pick from a drop down menu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iDonate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Last year there were a lot of steps for someone to donate to athletics on giving day. With the help of donate we have gotten that down to 1-2 clicks. AWESOME! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
