iDevAffiliate Pros and Cons

So many other affiliate software solutions rely entirely on cookies for tracking, but iDev is different! They understand that cookies alone are becoming less reliable as a tracking method. I love how iDev has addressed this by implementing additional tracking options, such as IP logs and email addresses.

This software also integrates seamlessly with all the systems we use. Once you get accustomed to how the platform works, it’s incredibly easy to navigate and use.

What truly sets iDev apart, though, is their outstanding support! They went above and beyond by providing custom development for features we needed but that weren’t originally part of the software. For example, they added custom data to emails, integrated iPayout as a payment option for us, and even ensured that our users’ past affiliate links from our old system still worked in this new one. They’re currently working on additional features we’ve requested, which is a testament to their flexibility and commitment to customer satisfaction.

What’s amazing about iDev is that the things we initially didn’t like were addressed through custom solutions! iDev became the only choice for a client who was needing a very particular set of customizable affiliate settings for a new partner program. I was beyond thrilled by being able to speak to Jim before and during set up to ensure we were in the right place for the project. When things didn't work as expected, Jim was right on with additional support to steer us in the right direction. Set up was easy and their tutorials were clear, up to date and accurate. iDev Affiliate is easy to set up and has many features, geotargeting is their best one. it is easily customizable to fit the needs of all my clients. It works well with Social Media with its various marketing possibilities for Facebook, templates for email campaigns, banner ads, and text templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
