I like the ease of use, UX and suggestions as you go along. I felt from the word go that my hand was being held in what is a new area for me. Usually, all the ideas are in my head, and there's lots of them, plus I've had an ad hoc approach to innovation. I'm feeling happier that I will be able to make greater strides in the innovation we want to drive through as a business by using the platform. Trello and Asana have proven useful in the past to set out tasks however they don't really guide in the same way as ideanote does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downsides are probably just the time it will take to become disciplined in using the platform, although I would still rather have the platform taking care and guiding me along our path of innovation than rely on keeping it together in my head or resorting to a Google Docs or Google Sheets!
