## Ideanote Reviews
  ### 1. We didn't realize we needed it so badly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefan G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

Ideanote is one of the tools you did not know you needed so badly. From now on, no more ideas will be lost. We've all been in the situation where ideas were written on pieces of paper or written into various apps and then completely forgotten, haven't we? Instead of spending endless hours searching for it, you can now simply use Ideanote. It allows you to easily collect and collaborate on all ideas of your team members and guests.

The setup is fairly straightforward and can be done within an hour. It's really intuitive and easy to use, so we didn't have to look in the help documents to get started.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

After the first login I was not really happy with the colors and color gradients used for the user interface. However, all this can be customized in the settings.

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

You found Ideanote? Go ahead, you won't be disappointed.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can collect all ideas and reviews in one single place and start improving our products more effectively.

  ### 2. Excellent ways to develop ideas with your team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

Very easy to use and intuitive interface. We're a small team working remotely and ideanote is already giving people an easy way to express their ideas.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

So far I can't find anything wrong with it.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team has always worked from home in many countries around the world. So building a team culture is something we really want to work on and ideanote is definitely helping with that.

  ### 3. Great to foster team ideation on remote settings, or even in the same room.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miguel A. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

I live very much to allow each people to ideate on their own, and with time. The tool is great to enable people on the same team, or a crowd to jump in and add their contributions. Also, great to collect a quick feedback on the ideas. Good to customize fields to the purpose we want.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

Discussions are good to build on the ideas, but hard to merge or comment ideas, or get them together based on topics. This would be good for a workshop and curation of the ideas, as it is easy to find very similar topics being proposed. Idea followers could be also a good way to create small teams to work on the topics along the way.

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

You need to support it with an existing team or workshop, otherwise people may get lost.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moving ideation to a remote setting, or using a crowd to gather ideas.

  ### 4. One place for your ideas - Now I can use notebooks for notes and task management app for just tasks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John-Paul A. | Author, Thinker vs. Doer: Tools To Get You Doing., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

I love that I have one place for ideas. Before ideanote I would have to debate on if an idea was a thing to note down or a future task.
Now it can be just that. An idea. And I can manage it by itself.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

Not a lot of dislikes. I do wish there was a rapid idea capture feature to get ideas around a topic out of your head in rapid succession.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My task lists and notes were filled with ideas that would get lost or deleted.
Now I can deal with ideas on their own and only move it to notes or tasks when necessary.

  ### 5. Clear, simple, powerful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** AJ R. | Founder , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

Tools that carry a lot of features are often unwieldy or have a steep learning curve. IdeaNote seems to perfectly balance powerful features with user-friendliness. At its heart, it does a straightforward job of cleanly enticing team members to think, innovate, and share incremental improvements.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

I have no complaints at all. Looking forward to seeing how much we can use this thing!

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

If you value innovation and creative resourcefulness, use IdeaNote as part of your company culture and SOPs

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe there is wealth of ideas and creativity spread around all brains in the business. This takes those loose moments of creativity and focuses and prioritizes them.

  ### 6. Brainstorming with ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

This platform provides me and my team with a centralized place for us to collect all our ideas and collaborate.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

I would like to be able to have the tool build mindmaps that I could import into Mindjet, or build a mindmap view.

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

If you are always finding that you have ideas that you just forget or remember to capture but latter get lost this tool could be your answer to that disorganization and if you have others that provide you with answers this will open up a new world of collaboration.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has allowed everyone to collect all their ideas in one place rather than having some things in Evernote, Outlook notes, Notepad (the application) and in actual notebooks that get lost with the post-it notes and scraps of paper randomly filed someplace safe that you just cannot remember where that was.

  ### 7. Ideas are streamlined and never lost!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jolene C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

It is a modular dashboard, where everything are organised by the mission, we use it to solve problems in our team - and everyone in the team gets come up with an idea, to comment on it, give feedback, and vote for the ideas to proceed. It's quick and intuitive, the ideas don't get lost in multiple slack channels and ACTUALLY gets executed!

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

Hope to see a bit more customisation in the future, like custom module colors, custom display method (list, tiles). The way the ideas can be displayed right now are a bit limited.

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

Excellent tool for managing ideas in a team, and review them rather quickly.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ideas gets documented very quickly, it doesn't get lost in conversations and meetings, and it's an open platform for teams to get involved to mature the idea with references and execution plans.

  ### 8. Innovation done right, easy to manage and lends authority

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brand B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

There are so many features, yet it doesn't feel overwhelming. The UI is lovely and clearly a lot of love went into creating IdeaNote. It enables us to offer a sophisticated forum and thereby makes us look good by extension.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

I haven't yet identified any downsides or dislikes for this product.

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

Offers the ability to create engaged communities, but keep in mind that communities may need some oversight so don't just "set it and forget it".

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using IdeaNote to aid in generating community feedback and input on potential business names for new products and services.

  ### 9. Ideanote - great for team feedback and brainstorming

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dr. Dave S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

- Easy to input questions
- East to solicit feedback from team members or other stakeholders
- Well organized and clean interface

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

- can take time to learn new software, but it is worth it.

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

Consider your approach to gathering and recording ideas from your team and other stakeholders in your company. It takes time, but will help you produce a higher quality product.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to collect feedback from the team I manage. Everyone is busy and it can be difficult to generate ideas and solicit feedback. Ideanote streamlines this process.

  ### 10. I consider ideanote a relevant tool for gathering ideas and supporting innovation.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Machinery | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

The quick setup allowed me to customize logos, colours and make a beautiful place for gathering ideas.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

At first, I struggled with getting other users connected. They did not see the missions I had added. But this proved a feature, not a bug. Only you can see missions until you share them with a team or other users. So you can be brave with extreme ideas and share later after consulting with someone. Until I grasped this functionality I thought the tool did not work and got rather angry. Once I dealt with it, I liked the tool a lot better.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using ideanote for structured idea gathering and evaluation. I just started using it this month, so the benefits will still have to come.

  ### 11. An amazing way to capture the combined intelligence of your team and end-users!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher J. W. | Application Support Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

That I can solicit ideas and the collective knowledge from both from team members and users + I can get an idea of which of my ideas are resonating with my customers. As a small business, the ability to get insights from anyone engaged with my products is invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

When embedding on a page, I would like to choose where the icon shows up that allows users to add ideas or improve ideas already in the queue. Right now, to my knowledge, it shows up in the lower right hand corner (right where my chatbot icon lives) making that inconvenient and confusing to end users.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm creating multiple untested initiatives in the art world and storytelling spaces. I'm using Ideanote to take the temperature of my initiatives and to improve them based on user experience.

  ### 12. Great idea collection & prioritization solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** A. M. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

The ability to define custom rating categories to allow adjusting for prioritization preferences

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

Given that Ideanote provides a well-thought through solution, I haven't come across any relevant issues so far

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

Whoever seeks a better solution to prioritize ideas should check out Ideanote.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our objective in using Ideanote is to better prioritize potential topics to work on. We have relied on building refined Google Sheets so far, but it has never really worked in the intended way. Hence, having a system like Ideanote on solving this makes a big difference.

  ### 13. Handy, simple, intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

It's very easy to use. Streamlined and professional and lets me instantly start collecting ideas and thoughts. Much more convenient than sticky note apps or a sheet or document, given it's streamlined for this purpose.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

Wish there was a way to do more customization of the visuals. An app would be great too!

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

Test it out and see if this will suit your needs for reaching out to your clients, audience or colleagues. I think you'll find it easy and intuitive to use, allowing you to find immediate impact!

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Often have way too many ideas that come up which are hard to share and categorize between team members and your audience. This is a very nice way to collaborate and collect that feedback.

  ### 14. Modern idea collection platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wilson B. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

It is a simple and beautiful way to collect ideas. It gives you white-labeling capabilities that help enterprises and businesses to brand it in a self-service way.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

None as of now. There is a small learning curve to get started, but it is enjoyable.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ideas collection from the community.

  ### 15. It's all about ideas

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

I love ho easy it is for my clients and my community to get involved in the ideation process. Internally, it's nice to have a central place for team members to capture their thoughts on how we can improve company culture, marketing efforts, or anything else that could use improvement.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

I would love to use it as more of a market research tool, but that would require some further control over the standard copy and flow of collecting and commenting on ideas.

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

I don't know of anything that really compares.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping ideas and thoughts organized is crucial. Ideas are a dime a dozen, but executing on ideas is the tough part. Ideanote helps keep the good ideas front and center.

  ### 16. King of Notes and feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Larry W. | President, CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

I like the ease of use, amazing support, and all the analytics and features

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

wish there were more native and 3rd party intergrations

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

It's a super-powerful software that will help your team get valuable info, notes feedback, etc. Do yourself a big favor get a subscription check it out and you will thank me later

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

my Company has used many ideas and feedback tools. Until using Ideanotes i /we never saw so much promises this is next level software

  ### 17. Skeptical at First

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew J. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

The ability to share and get people involved in the Ideas. No one likes new software but this seemed to get people engagement and it was easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

Nothing at this stage. Seems pretty easy to navigate

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

Check out the trial. Key is to get people involved and on board.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems are getting people on the same page. Ideas are the essence of anything. We need to grow and nurture these ideas. This program makes that happen.

  ### 18. Painless Start with Ideanote

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bogdan H. | Co-Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

I actually just started using Ideanote, and it took me only a few minutes to understand where everything is and how it connects. Time saved is crucial.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

There isn't anything I don't like in particular. It just works, and the embeddable missions rock.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My own internal strategy for a project, and working with partners on it.

  ### 19. Great Platform for Organizing your Thoughts and Putting it into Perspective

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tasha R. | Digital Solutions Specialist/CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

IdeaNote helps you categorize your ideas and invite others to help you improve/develop the idea. The project management kanban view is excellent because it allows you to put ideas in an organized way.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

No dislike thus far but a great feature to add will be audio and video notes.

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

Get Ideanote if you want structure to bring your ideas/objectives into a reality that will also include your team's input.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IdeaNote gives you a better understanding and foresight on if you should move forward with the idea or not.

  ### 20. An excellent way to collect ideas from your audience and get them involved and connected with you

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

I love that I can get thoughtful input from my audience, not just from colleagues etc. It's a way for me to connect with my target market and really understand where they're coming from. I love that it makes me think about what questions are really important to ask, and then lets me get input and ideas from a wide range of audience segments.

It's also good for my own use. I have always loved thinking about questions and trying to formulate savvy questions and answers. Now I have a place where I can corral my endless streams of thoughts so that I won't forget them for a change.

I'm just starting to use Ideanote and I can already tell you that they have one of the best onboarding flows I've seen. The interface is clean and easy to understand, and I wrote my first mission and added ideas of my own within about 10 minutes. There is a great app for mobile, too, which means that I can collect my ideas wherever I happen to be, which is really important for me.

Oh - and so far, customer support has been super-fast and super-user-friendly so that's a big plus, too.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

I haven't yet found a way to call the Missions something else. Each Mission is really just a way to ask a through-provoking question which will generate ideas - but I want to have the ability to call them something else if I want to. I'd like the ability to call them Issues or Questions or What Ifs or whatever I think works for that particular question.

Other than that, which is a small thing, I haven't found anything much to dislike so far.

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

Ideanote is fabulous at what it does - but you need to think about how best to use it. My own use case is that I want to understand the needs of my audience better, so I'm formulating questions (missions as they call them) and then asking my audience to respond to my questions with their ideas.

So, for instance, one question I have is this: "What might make your content production process less stressful for you?" It's a question which invites ideas and a push for solutions and is very different from asking the usual kind of questions such as "What's your biggest struggle with content production?" which is designed to hear about problems but not about potential solutions.

So if you're considering Ideanote, think about how you might use it to get ideas about how to stand out from the crowd and to offer innovative products or services. It's a tool which will really help you listen to your audience which is invaluable if you want to meet them where they are with solutions which they really want and need.

You can add team members and any number of guests and so get a wide range of opinions and input. It's much more useful than the standard surveys that companies often use because it allows stakeholders and your audience to be heard. Really heard.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to really, really understand my audience needs. Not only that, but I wanted to build a much deeper connection to them and Ideanote is perfect for that. It's hard to encourage engagement, but using Ideanote means that my audience can feel that they are actively contributing to finding solutions for their issues. That's a huge benefit when it comes to helping my business stand out from the crowd.

  ### 21. Ideanote helps to turn your Random Ideas into Action

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anike L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

I love the UI of Ideanote. It's beautiful to look at and makes you want to login and create ideas there.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

Some wordings are confusing such as "mission" for idea collections.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ideanote can help you and your team to push your random ideas into actions. it tracks all the ideas in the initial stage, how your teammates are interacting with the ideas, then you can implement and pursue the one that everyone thinks it's a "good" idea.

  ### 22. very intuitive, very efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Performing Arts | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

Ideanote finally makes it super fast and intuitive not only to collect feedback, questions and ideas, but to use "collective intelligence" to assess them according to criteria you can choose yourself. I also love that Ideanote can be used in a lot of different languages and that all questions, criteria and images can be customized. Last but not least I really love the branding options - there are a lot of possibilities, from colors to fonts, so there's something for everyone.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

I think it's one of the great strengths of Ideanote that it has just enough options to keep it simple and efficient and you can understand it in minutes.

One thing I'd like to see in the future from a branding perspective is be the possibility to upload your own icons for the idea assessment (e. g. stars in a certain color etc.) - however, there certainly are a lot of preset options already.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For quite a while now I have been looking for a way to systematically collect ideas within our organisation. It already is a challenge to collect feedback from different people within a certain time frame, but things certainly get tedious as soon as you try to assess these ideas together. Ideanote does not only enable people to inspire each other with their ideas and talk them through together, but also makes this process easy and look good.

  ### 23. A great solution for getting your biggest ideas out for collaboration.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

We've been searching for a solution for both internal and external collaboration for sometime. Slack has been great for reducing email inboxes and getting faster answers, but we needed something that would provide a quick dashboard of ongoing ideas, with sub tasks for execution. Ideanote knocks it out of the park with an easy to use structure, and automated insights to measure engagement and more.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

While we're still new, i'd like to see more templates, it makes the creation process much faster. Would love to also see, video and audio as sources.

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

The ideanote team is very approachable, if you want to see the solution in action. This is very well designed, I recommend taking the plunge and purchasing it for your company.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting ideas and even customer feedback quickly. Ideanote has provided a well designed workspace for our company to move from unstructured ideas buried in a dozen apps, into an easy to use, mission driven, engaging collaborative dashboard. Before Ideanote, we were doing weekly zoom meetings, taking notes in slack and even creating tasks but all of that data wasn't easily accessible, ideanote makes it easier to add and update living ideas for next steps.

  ### 24. No One Left Behind

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nai D. | Trainer/Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

How can five minds bring one idea to live? Ideanote is a wonderful tool for collaborations. With ideanote, no one is left behind.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

We love Ideanote so far. It's very easy to use.

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

Ideanotes is easy to use. It's easier to invite collaborators with other contributors than it was with Google docs.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With this tool, no need to open hundreds of emails. We are all on the same page on Ideanote.

  ### 25. A good solution to keep ideas organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David K. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

I like that it's a very simple interface for a centralized solution for generating and storing ideas

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

Maybe it's too early to say, but nothing so far. Ideanote does exactly what it's supposed to. Maybe I'd prefer more customization in terms of how the ideas are displayed inside each mission (smaller) but that's not a major concern.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not keeping all different ideas across a variety of locations (physical Google docs, sheets, etc.).

  ### 26. It Is Easy To Setup A Quick Campaign Or More Complex Tools Are Available

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

It was easy to setup a quick campaign.
The campaigns or "missions" look nice right out of the box.
Guests can access as well.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

I'm not sure if this is a genuine "dislike," but I was a bit overwhelmed by the many options. The good news is that when I dove in and moved forward I was able to setup a campaign quickly.
I was a bit confused at first about "team members" vs "guests."

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can be difficult to manage the different stages of the "idea" and "suggestion" process from a team. Ideanote helps go through the stages of collecting ideas, voting on them, improving them, etc. It helps go from "suggestion box" to "implementing useful suggestions."

  ### 27. I want to use Ideanote to create an idea pool on how to improve a city.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin B. | Geschäftsinhaber, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

I totally love the design and structure of the interfaces. Everything looks sleek and smooth.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

Some minor things need a little touch up. But that is no real dislike. Just small things.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a fresh user of Ideanote. I will use it for the creation of an idea pool for the city (and others later) i live in. I will invite people of the administration to discuss ideas of improvements.

  ### 28. Easy to Use Tool with Powerful Features!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lance G. | Franchise Owner + Digital Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

Love how easy it is to use. Great interface that makes it very simple to get up and running.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

Even though there is the ability to customize some color options. It still feels a bit drab.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a place to store all ideas and having a professional space to collect ideas from our YouTube channel audience. In addition, love that audience members can comment on each other's ideas as well.

  ### 29. Good and simple option for your ideas

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario M. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

ideanote seems like a good and straightforward option for brainstorming ideas; I'm using it for internal ideas on possible products within my company, it's easy to use, the voting/like system is pretty helpful

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

Nothing so far, really no issues as of now, but would be great if it could be used on my own website

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

Do a trial and see if it works for you

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

brainstorming ideas

  ### 30. Simplistic Innovation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

I have so much to say here!

First I want to thank Morten Toft, the webinar was super informative and then the time he spent with me afterwards helped me decide on getting an additional code so I can structure my business teams.

The concept of putting a question to start a mission... provides me, my team and guests with focus. Ideanotes is helping me explain my vision and lay it out in a way that others can understand the BIG picture.

I am a Life Coach and I only have 1 other employee, with other freelancers on contract. I have used the teams for different aspects of my brand. One team is for Publishing (blog posts and books), another is for courses, several others are separate brands. This allows me to provide access to the right people for collaboration, development and research.

I will be using one of the Missions' for a book launch. It is so innovative to get feedback on everything from book tagline, to book cover, to feedback on ideas. The insight my audience will share is going to be extremely valuable and will also supply customers for the completed book (at a huge discount of course), on pre-launch... also since they participated in the review process they will be more inclined to leave a review.

We have already seen with Netflix and Amazon producing movies based on what customers view. Now with Ideanotes, we can get real-time interactive feedback so we can deliver what they want. This is a huge opportunity. Thank you to AppSumo for always selecting the best products. AND Thank you to IdeaNote.io for solid product.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

Only dislike that I really have to dig for would be cosmetic... it would be nice to be able to choose fonts and colors. Again, that was really grasping for straws.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing my thoughts and ideas
communicating to my team for brainstorming

**Official Response from Jakob Storjohann:**

> Thank you for the review and for sharing insights on your use case! It means a lot. I'll also forward your kind words to Morten.

Just wanted to take a moment and reach out and let you know that you can now change colors and completely customize all the fonts.

Hope everything goes well with your book and keep making ideas matter,
Jakob

On-line idea collection and brainstorming. We do on-line trainings.

  ### 32. Fantastic software that our team loves.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron R. | Real Estate Broker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2020

Layout and features. Keeps us on track so we are able to develop and prioritize new ideas.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

We have not had anything we dislike at this point.

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

At the price point, it is surely worth giving them a shot.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team comes up with many ideas about particular processes. This software allows them to log their ideas so they are not lost. This has been super valuable.

  ### 33. Ideation made simple!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard V. | Team Leader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

Tons of customization settings to create the perfect sessions (called 'Missions in the app) and collect feedback to fine-time your ideas.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

If you have several projects you need to purchase subscriptions for each project or business to keep them separated in your dashboard.

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

IdeaNote helps to organize brainstorm activity, especially when collaborating with a team.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making Ideation easy and faster and collect the perfect feedback to fine-tune your ideas.

  ### 34. To find the million dollar idea

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

The best thing I find is the lack of barriers for anyone to access to participate in the proposals.

Makes it easy, fast, and safe to share your ideas

Highly recommended for public administration

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

I have not paid attention to the limitations of the platform.
There are some details in the use of the menus, it takes a few moments to remember how certain settings were accessed.
But it is not relevant to consider negative, it is only practical

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used the application in 2 large areas,
as a company,
I am building a network of ideas for the use of state credits. Basically, I plan to finance projects and listen to people, and from there winning projects arise that I can help manage and get the credits.

As a society,
I have the idea of making the platform available to the commune where I live so that it can collect the needs of the cities, and use of budgets.

  ### 35. Great Tool for Collecting Ideas

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

This is an idea capturing and organising platform. It has amazing potential, and the UI is slick and very easy to navigate. For those of us with tons of ideas, I see loads of use cases, and not just for seeking ideas. The team is super responsive to questions and suggestions.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

There is a bit of a learning curve for new users, after which the platform is simple and easy to use. There are no features for real collaboration. However, I highly recommend Ideanote.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From creating new projects, inviting team members, developing ideas, commenting about other people's ideas etc.
With Ideanote, everything is in one place, making the process clear and simple.

  ### 36. Best software for idea management and implementation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

My favorite part about this software is how seamless the interface is to use - it's incredibly user friendly

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

I don't have any complaints about the software

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

Spend time exploring everything that the software has to offer - there is so much that it can do and you don't want to miss out on any of it

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ideanote allows our agency to have one, central place for all of our ideas so that they aren't getting lost in various email and text threads. The biggest benefit is that we can input our ideas and then monitor them all the way through completion

  ### 37. Amazing tool for brainstorming!!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

Ideanote is great for managing new ideas and communicating them.

Being able to communicate with customers and non-customers also helps curate our ideas better.

Lastly, the sleek design and interface really helps to use this tool!

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

I wish you could make different workspaces, like folders to organize ideas for different projects/departments.

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

Great tool to collaborate, just make suer you get your whole marketing team on board at the same time!

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved problems such as coming up with new features, instead of tweeting we can simply post it on ideanote and gather ideas. So a benefit I realized is the amount of effort it takes to get back quality feedback.

  ### 38. Impressive and friendly platform for fostering innovation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

Super easy interface
Customizable frameworks for processing the ideas

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

Nothing at all...
Perhaps it could be better with the possibility to add directly videos inside any idea... Right now you can insert a link to a video, but it's not embedded

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm collecting ideas from my collaborators about different objectives and projects.
I can also use it to foster innovation for my clients

  ### 39. Ideanote for startup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

I really like the ability to easily put ideas out there, get feedback and then rate them. There is a clear and robust user flow focused on idea sharing, feedback etc.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

I don't know how to solve this one, but the main issue with IdeaNote is that it's yet another tool. We use many, many tools at our company and so adding on more tool is cumbersome. If it could replace other tools and have idea management/collection that could be ideal.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to find a way to make idea sourcing engaging and data driven

  ### 40. Intuitive, well written idea collaboration software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

ease of use / very useful templates that deliver actual value.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ease of collaboration with clients

  ### 41. Easy management of feature prioritization via user feedback

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

I got Ideanote as part of an Appsumo deal. I just signed up and haven't used it yet. I got it, so I could easily gather feedback from our users to ensure we're adding the right features at the right time. So far, it seems as though it will do what we need it to.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

Since we're just getting started with Ideanote, I haven't found anything to dislike. I'll post a more through review once we've started collecting user feedback.

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**

It's a good value if you want to make informed decisions about features your customers are going to care about.

**Reviewed by:** Yasaf B. | Owner, CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

Great and esy to use UI.
Voting features and and the ability to publically share / embed boards.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

The Embedding feature could use some imporvements, like the option to "like" features without registering.
Ideally I would like to use this feature as an upvote for product roadmap features, and that is currently not ideal for that.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier to hsrae and collect ideas and feedback from multiple team members and suers.

  ### 43. Safety Differently

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

At this stage I've really got no complaints!

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perfect solution for the digital enablement of a 'safety differently' approach. Instead of focusing on what goes wrong, Ideanote allows us to garner such rich and value ideas on what works well, leading to progressive and innovating health, safety and quality improvements across our teams

  ### 44. Complete innovation management solution

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

It's not quite the same as discussing face to face, but that's not possible recently.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration on ideas and providing an idea platform for the whole team...it means even the quieter members feel they can put forward their valuable thoughts

  ### 46. Simple and efficient

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danton C. | Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Ideanote?**

Easy setup, straight forward approach; kanban style to manage innovation funnel. I hope to come back here in 2-3 months to give a better review after few missions run on the tool.

**What do you dislike about Ideanote?**

I just started to use it, so far it just surprised me with the simple interface, no drawbacks to report yet besides minor Portuguese translation issues (some field names aren't translated).

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have a very decentralized approach to new ideas collection or worst, only few people (usually from top management) actually contribute to the innovation process towards new products/features development. I hope Ideaflow let everyone equally engage in the process.

  ### 47. Powerful note taking and organization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reuben H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2020

It's a great tool to generate ideas around a need. The flexibility of limiting the ideas submitted and also by giving a deadline when new ideas can be added adds powerful options.

Email notifications have been slow or delayed. For example password reset emails don't always get sent until the second time they are initiated.

**What problems is Ideanote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Recommendations to others considering Ideanote:**
