We have been using iDeals for many years. It allows us to share large documents in an orderly way with a large investor base. The plaform is easy to use on both side and very intuitive. You can structure the data as required and constantly update it easily. Upload and download works fast and well. There is useful MI on utilisation available too. We used iDeals VDR for a high-profile engagement that involved multiple organizations and required a clear audit trail on all documents shared, changed and viewed by employees from all involved organizations. It was easy to use, totally fit for purpose and we received absolutely no complaints over an extended period of use. We selected iDeals after surveying the market. The management of projects by rooms, assignment of roles and profiles (administrators and users in general), Q&A, history of access to the tool and visibility of documents and search. The virtual data room setup process is easy. Creating, deleting, or managing data rooms as well as the users and permissions of those data rooms is very intuitive and natural. The customer support for iDeals is also second to none in my experience. I don't know how big of a company they are, but their pricing is incredibly fair and I am treated as if I were one of their large clients (even though I'm sure we are not). Responsiveness is top notch. We use the VDR for all our externally shared deals and opportunities and have yet to receive complaints about the product from our partners. The data room has all the functionality we needed and much more. I have always received a great service from my account manager and support team. All of the parties we share data with on a monthly basis and providers who have managed processes on our behalf have never had any issues with access or functionality. A lo largo del proyecto que estábamos realizando estaban llevando a cabo una actualización e implementación del "aspecto visual" de la plataforma para mejorar la misma, si bien no nos avisaron y nos encontramos un poco perdidos en la navegación de las carpetas e información que habíamos estado gestionando y cargando de un día para otro. No obstante, llamamos al servicio de asistencia al cliente y en menos de una hora nos resolvieron el problema volviendo al aspecto anterior (estábamos en los días finales de proyecto).
