Thanks to the desktop app, the upload and syncronization of the dataroom was very easy to implementat and the integration with the internal documentation was really smooth. Both desktop app and browser website run perfectly fine and fast, with no problems encountered during the upload or the visualization of the files. The dashboard and the interface were very easy to understand, making it a perfect tool, especially considering the frequency of use. Upload and download is seamless, the speed with which you can open and view documents is fantastic, and the fact that I can easily see what docs have been uploaded within a certain date range is very useful. The ability to create groups of users with differing permissions has also made life a lot easier so that people within the firm can be granted the same permissions, while external users have a different set of permissions and access to different folders etc. **What do you dislike about Ideals Virtual Data Room?** It would be a cool feature if you could redact documents within iDeals - I see that there is a 'Redaction' heading so this may already be a feature that I am unaware of. No other real complaints, I am yet to see an ability to automatically generate an index of files within a data room - if that exists then fantastic, if not then this would be a great addition. **What problems is Ideals Virtual Data Room solving and how is that benefiting you?** Space for hosting a lot of data in a clean and user-friendly way. ### 45.
