Uploading components, defining training modules, etc., isn’t overly complicated. Good value for money, especially considering breadth Many users think that compared to alternatives, Damstra offers good pricing relative to how many modules/functionalities it brings. There are no redeeming features that we can use, the insights are old school and there's been no upgrade of the platform, or not one we have been shown? We pay for a platform that is outperformed by many cheaper and locally supported ones. For example: Risk assessments need the ability to link to PPE/Chemical/Assett/People, etc modules when creating a risk assessment/JSA and they linked elements need to be able to be printed out from the single risk assessment, so you can give to staff/interested parties. - Needs to still function as a stand alone product, not reliant on your other products. - Would be good to have the people/training section developed further to include the features from the VQual module. - Substances register reporting. As the compliance for substances/dangerous goods storage, etc gets stricter, it would be good to be able to customise the reporting to capture the requirements specified by the compliance officers (in New Zealand). **What problems is Ideagen Workforce Safety solving and how is that benefiting you?** Central place for H&S management and documentation, single source of truth. ### 4. On a weekly basis I use Vault to download reports so I can advise my business unit how they are doing. I use Damstra to give leaders access or change their access. I have never had to use customer support - have used on the online tools occasionally **What do you dislike about Ideagen Workforce Safety?** Building regular reports - had training years ago - but its not intuituive enough for a non computer technical type person **What problems is Ideagen Workforce Safety solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its gives the business immediate indication of events, observations and checks that are happening in the business. ### 10.
