Feature rich system with the ability to manage multiple aspects of quality management.
System adminstration is easy to maintain whilst being user friendly.
The implementation and integration into our department, along with all updates, have been seamless.

There is little I do not like about the system as the adminstation section allows to you tweak all settings to a departments specific requirements.
In an older version of the system, the one annoying aspect was the inability to simply press 'Enter' to initiate a search, however, this was resolved in later updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a daily user of qadex, I like how straight forward it is to search for a completed spec & find all relevant information.
As we also use it to complete specs it is a very straight forward process & with the help of our Qadex / Ideagen contact it is made very straight forward if we wish to migrate the spec across.

Initially using this sytem I wasnt a fan, im used to google document questionnaires instead a system based one. The split Spec and questionnaire sections Im not a fan of but this became easier over time. The only other thing Im not a fan of is that each questionnaire has its own login, this could be useful for some people but for me it wasnt as I kept losing track of the login numbers. Simple web interface to file structure. Easy to set up approval pathways by folder structure and drag and drop files for simple addition to our QMS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our organisation currently only uses the Document module, but this is used on an almost daily basis, which is critical to our continued certification with ISO 9001 & 14001. This keeps document reviews and revision numbers controlled and easy to manage. The implementation was professionally handled with great customer support from the Ideagen team, with the vast majority of the implementation handled behind the scenes until we had our online training. Integration was not an issue for us as we were already familiar with Q-Pulse, we did however need to be trained on the setting up and administration of the program. Vicky is very helpful and supportive. She is proactive with ensuring our account is organised and very responsive to any requests and queries. The system is relatively easy to use and is good for keeping our SAQs and specs organised in a logical manor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cannot see the portal from the supplier perspective so can be difficult to help with queries. If rejecting some questions then the supplier may have no context from the previous questions in the section. This is the same for some questions that relate to earlier questions, but you can no longer see them. Updating the format for an SAQ/spec is restrictive. Would be useful to get alerts e.g. an email that lets you know when a supplier has completed a new spec, for example. It relies on checking up rather than being triggered.
