Whilst not a direct user, the ease of uploading documents, for instance, utility invoices and then generated emissions calculations are a game changer in terms of resource and time to capture emissions all in one place without the need to manage internal spreadsheets and update emissions factors each year. **What do you dislike about Ideagen Carbon Accounting?** I would not say there are any downsides but the additional scope 3 roadmap editions cannot come soon enough! **What problems is Ideagen Carbon Accounting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Collating emissions data across a large portfolio for SECR and internal carbon reporting. Having a one stop shop is really beneficial rather than maintaining several spreadsheets and internal records. The time and resource saving are invaluable. ### 2. This feature saves me a significant amount of time and improves accuracy. I also value that the calculations use the most up-to-date emissions factors and compliant formulas. **What do you dislike about Ideagen Carbon Accounting?** There are some areas to be developed within scope 3, particularly if an organisation is more mature than using spend based data. **What problems is Ideagen Carbon Accounting solving and how is that benefiting you?** The tool saves me a lot of time. Implementation was really smooth, it took a little while for us to understand how the system fits with our operational control of our buildings. But this was easily solved with a video call with the support team. I love the emissions accuracy percentage, this really helps frame how I talk about our emissions internally. **What do you dislike about Ideagen Carbon Accounting?** It doesn't cover all areas of scope 3, this doesn't significantly impact my organisation as it covers the priority areas for us but as it doesn't cover sold goods this potentially limits it for other organisations. **What problems is Ideagen Carbon Accounting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ideagen Carbon Accounting helps me with my carbon accounting and makes the creation of our footprint easier and smoother, while also providing more assurance. ### 4. I can see on my dashboard what is missing and rectify anything I need to. The team are always on hand to support and the platform has functions to flag and chat with the team on any issues.
