The software is easy to set up and gives me confidence that the ID documents is real and not fake. Customer Service has been great every time i speak to them, either over teams or when they make an effort to talk to me at events i have attended. 100% recomend this to any business that requires any kind of ID Vertification. We implemented ID-Pal after finding out our previous supplier was sending our customers data off-shore for manual reviews. ID-Pal are the only company we came across that don’t access our customers data as they don’t use humans for review, a big win for us as we are heavily regulated across multiple markets.
