It enable the sales and marketing team, segment our email contact list using important consumer metrics like ; last purchase date , purchase frequency , location etc . I like that it's a program that anyone can use. I have a graphic design degree and really utilize those skills to create the best emails. But before I was in charge of our email marketing, another staff member was using it. She doesn't have the technical knowledge that I do and was still able to produce great looking emails with the included templates.
