Ease-of-use to post press releases to the wire and track impressions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that you have to call the editorial desk to rush a release, even if included in your account level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease at which I can design a spectacular looking e-mail while at the same time keeping track of all of our different contacts in one place.
Switching between HTML and their "easy use" design form is a breeze, depending on what I need to do.
Being able to test send the e-mail and check to see if it may be recognized as "spam" is a great feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customized e-mail sign-up form can be finicky at times and doesn't always cooperate with our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reliability and stability of the platform. Never experienced any delays in sending large email blasts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Interface is a bit stale and the development tools for creating email is fairly basic...but getting better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like all the responsive templates, and over-all user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some glitches when you enter your own HTML code, but with basic troubleshooting it's not too bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its saves me so much time creating the email when I can just pop in the photos and not have to worry about the spacing or getting it just right. The manipulation is limited but still really nice and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Getting stuck on the column spacing, if you click on that and your column is not right in the middle you can resize or anything you have to refresh and lose your progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My favorite part of iContact is their wide range of templates. I also like that they give you stock photos so that you can have a good idea of what the final product will look like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that the images don't pop up when I send out an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like the personalization, the segments you can create, the friendly use of the tools and the support i received from my contact person. I strongly would recommend this to my partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to have more templates with fresh and different designs, also if we can have more fonts, and shapes and figures to create different content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ever improving user interface, very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would like to see more interaction with social media directly from message editing. Would also like to be able to delete obsolete contacts that count toward the total users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Icontact allows me to create an extra "touch point" with my customers. It also allows me to have a "leave behind" in a digital format for further information gathering. The analytics help me change my message and keep customers clicking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the design is a little clunky. It needs to be more similar to wix.com's design features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’ve used iContact for about 5 years now. Recent updates to their platform in the last year have vastly improved the user experience as well as look and function of templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I used to not like iContact much- I had to use it because that is what my client wanted. After thei changes they have made I have become a big fan. There is always room for improvement and innovation, but iContact has come so far that it’s hard to complain now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
