Easy to use, able to create templates to maintain consistency and professional look, able to track metrics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As we use this product at a fairly simplistic level, there really are no issues that make it difficult to use this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Keeps email exchange simple. I run it with my small business and it doesnt clutter up my personal email address. Also it allows me to reach more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing! It seems to do what it was made for! Will have to make this a re-purchase. Downside to small business is funding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, the Account Strategists and the Tech Support Staff are above wonderful. They are patient, resourceful and they care about not only the success of my business but they also have great ideas about small changes that create big results. They keep our email fresh and I never have to worry about doing anything that might get us tagged as spam or worse. They monitor everything so I have time for other channels that need more babysitting. Our next step is auto-responders and list segmentation and they have made this process easy and stressless. There are so many good ideas, we have to really decide what is next, what priorities are and how to move towards those goals. This isn't a bad thing just lots of options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very easy to use and gives you enough space to store users and images. Through this email newsletter program I can easily send beautifully designed emails to hundreds or thousands of subscribers at once. It is 0a great way to share news, announce new promotions, share new product features—or even send out an annual email update to all of your friends and family. It can organize your contacts into lists, add new contacts easily via a signup form, send beautifully formatted messages in a half-dozen clicks, and analyze how your email performed. The graphics is sometimes a little too simple, I would like more variety. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

iContact was easy to navigate in the beginning and get started so that you’re able to start sending your customers emails right away. I also loved playing around with all the features and building creative emails for my customers to receive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was worried that if my customers saw it was from a bulk mail situation that they were going to delete it even before reading it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ease of creating emails that are HTML enhanced which allows us to get feedback within hours of the number of opens, click throughs, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The new design took a bit of a learning curve but the more I use it the better I like it. Saving templates is the key. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our firm sends out monthly emails to our clients and prospective clients. iContact makes this an easy exercise with its user friendly interface. It's simple to manage contact lists and prepare communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've only had some minor issues with formatting text. Sometimes when you cut and paste text, things don't always line up correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Multiple email builders. Free trial available. Unlimited emails. Can create "do not contact" and unsubscribe lists. Powerful social media integration. Survey tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cannot import contacts from Gmail or third-party address books. Limited auto-responder functionality. Tiny image-storage allowance. No Google Analytics. Limited phone and chat support.

iContact is easy to setup and get started. You can be up and running with your account and sending emails within a couple of hours. Support is also very friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It takes awhile to figure out how to navigate to different parts of the platform. Also, the Salesforce integration is more limited than I'd like. It's also been challenging to setup the integration so that we could manage subscription lists automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
